  • 在知識經濟領域中,知識儼然已成為決定企業競爭優勢的關鍵,企業的智慧資本能夠描繪出創新想法與創新能力,而這都將會決定組織的未來發展,智慧資本的概念是基於組織知識需被管理下而廣泛的被探討。據此,本研究運用階層線性模式(Hierarchical Linear Modeling, HLM)的原理與方法來進行資料收集與資料分析,以此瞭解智慧資本、網絡外部性對於創新行為的影響關係,及智慧資本與網絡外部性在交互作用後對創新行為所造成的影響。
    組織與員工個體的問卷皆來自臺灣證券交易所公開上市的37家金融保險服務業公司之中的33家公司,共計有效回收403份有效問卷。 本研究的資料分析,以SPSS 18.0、LISREL 8.53及HLM6.08版軟體進行分析。
    研究結果發現:(1)組織資本會直接正向影響關係資本;(2)人力資本會直接正向影響員工的創新行為;(3)網絡外部性會直接正向影響員工的創新行為;(4)網絡外部性皆會正向調節人力資本、組織資本與關係資本對創新行為的影響關係。

    When it comes to knowledge economy, knowledge undoubtedly has already become the principal determining corporate competitive advantages. The enterprise’s intellectual capital to depict the innovative ideas and ability to innovate that will determine future development for the organization. The concept of intellectual capital has been widely discussed since it is essential to manage organizational knowledge. This study applied the principle and method of Hierarchical Linear Modeling for data collection and analysis so as to explore the effect of intellectual capital and network externality on innovative behavior as well as the effect of the interactions between intellectual capital and network externality on innovative behavior.
    The sampling of this study comes from the employees of the 33 finance and insurance corporations listed in Taiwan stock exchange corporation. A total of 430 valid copies of the questionnaire were collected. In this study, data analysis was analyzed by SPSS18.0, LISREL 8.53, and HLM6.08.
    These results of the study are followed:(1)organization capital creates positive and significant effect on relational capital.(2)human capital creates positive and significant effect on innovative behavior.(3)network externality creates positive and significant effect on innovative behavior.(4)network
    externality creates positive moderating effect and affects the correlations between human capital, organization capital, relational capital and innovative behavior.
