近年來科技發展快速,許多的先進城市也發展智慧城市相關應用技術,讓科技更貼近生活。各城市致力於整理各種施政成果和蒐集城市相關資料公開在網路上,用來推動各種加值應用與創新服務。現在的智慧型手機大多都具備有上網以及無線感應的功能,因此許多智慧城市的應用服務結合智慧型手機成為近年來主要趨勢。
本研究以信標感應結合政府開放資料來發展智慧型城市應用,我們發展三個子系統,地圖導覽系統、城市交通系統、廣告訊息推播系統,來提供智慧城市示範應用。地圖導覽子系統運用結合現有的GPS全球定位技術並配合iBeacon技術,將原本舒適的導航情境延伸到室內,讓使用者進入到幅員廣大的室內空間如台北車站、博物館、遊樂園等。此子系統可以持續使用手機導航並使用語音告知使用者目前所在及方向。城市交通子系統配合利用目前政府推廣的資料開放平台,將資料處理轉換成簡易的視覺化資料讓使用者可一目了然獲取資料,使此子系統不僅指引方向的同時更可以獲得所在地的即時車潮,讓用路人可以有效利用道路資源。第三個子系統,廣告訊息推播子系統,可解決市容常因為雜亂的招牌導致街道不美觀的問題,此研究應用iBeacon技術,使廣告訊息可以主動推播至使用者手機,可取代部分街道招牌以及路上發送的傳單文宣。上述三個子系統也能透過整合服務互相結合創造更強的服務功能如:活動舉辦時的宣傳推播導引服務、提供用路時之替代道路選擇資訊、以及設置推播廣告效率化。此研究讓使用者只要利用手機就可與城市連結,創造更進步的科技智慧城市。
In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology has made many cities develop smart city related applications. These cities dedicate to collect urban governance information and post on the open data platform, for promoting a variety of value-added applications and innovative services. Most smartphones today are equipped with Internet and wireless sensing capabilities, which lead to a new trend for using smartphones in smart city applications and services.
This research uses the beacon sensor combined with open government data to develop smart city applications. We have developed three subsystems, first map navigation subsystem, second urban transportation subsystem, and third messages pushing subsystem, to provide a demonstration application for smart city. The map navigation subsystem uses GPS and iBeacon technologies. It extends originally comfortable navigation context from outdoors to indoors, allowing users to enter the vast interior space, such as Taipei Main Station, museums, amusement parks. This subsystem can continue to use smart phone to navigate and use voice to inform the user's current location and direction. The urban transport subsystem uses government transportation open data and convert them into simple visualized information so that users can obtain traffic information at a glance, which not only can guide user direction but also can get instant traffic situation. The messages pushing subsystems applies iBeacon technology, which can enable advertising messages push into user’s mobile phone while user walks near to the beacon sensors. It can replace part of the street road signs and commercial flyers. The three subsystems can be combined to create more advanced integrated services such as: guiding service for campaign events, providing an alternative road route information, and set up advertise-pushing spot efficiently.
