中文摘要
本研究旨在瞭解身心靈能量整合團體對大專生自我覺察經驗之影響效果。研究者採多重意識的觀點,結合意識與能量,設計一身心靈能量整合團體。團體方案的理論依據為:身體層面採中醫經絡理論,心理層面依完形治療的體驗精神,靈性層面根據光的課程實施光能靜心冥想。藉此三十六小時的團體,欲了解八位團體參與者在多重意識狀態下,經驗到多重自我─大我,小我與意識我,其所構成的自我覺察經驗為何。
訪談結果經採現象學方法分析,所得的研究結果為:
一. 對身體的覺察經驗:團體參與者因此增加身體感受的敏銳度,經驗到超常的身體感受,如能量的流動與身體彷彿浮起來等,並發覺身體有一股自然指引的力量。覺察後會引發改變。
二. 對情緒的覺察經驗:團體參與者因此願意去感受情緒,增加對情緒類型的辨識能力,覺察情緒的速度變快了,同時體驗到情緒─身體─想法的同步覺察,並發現音樂會誘發情緒。覺察後則引發改變。
三. 對理性的覺察經驗:團體參與者因此確認某些原來模糊的想法,對超越元素的概念學習則有深刻的感受,會因此放棄舊想法,嘗試在生活中實踐這超越元素。超越元素的概念會引發轉變。
四. 對意識我的體驗:相較於一般的覺察,意識我是處在較為安靜與專注的狀態,是一種多角度、處於中心、超越二元對立的覺察,可以跳脫出來觀看內在小我的升起,溫柔對待被覺察的小我。
五. 對大我的體驗為:感受到光的能量,經驗到大我的臨在,以及大我蘊含的超越元素。
六. 團體參與者在覺察小我之後,轉而與大我認同並產生改變,如隨時觀照自己是否放鬆,對身體改採友愛的態度,情緒控制力提高了,知道如何處理自己與別人的情緒,經驗情緒快速消退,相信痛苦背後蘊含著禮物,並經驗人際關係的轉變。促成轉變的助力為親自體驗與實踐,領導者的示範與成員的影響,以及團體提供了實驗的空間。
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of the body-mind-spirit group of energy integration on the self-aware experiences of college students. It’s designed from the points of the multiple consciousness and energy integration and based on three different theories. In body aspect, the Chinese medicine is adopted. In mind aspect, it fallows Gestalt experiential principle. In spirit aspect, light meditation according to Lightworks is used. Through this 36 hrs group, the self-aware experiences of eight participants were explored from the standpoints of the multiple self-identification.
The outcome of the interview is analyzed by the phenomenological research method. The results are the following.
1.Self-aware experiences on body:Sensory awareness becomes sharp and have unusual experiences, like energy. Experience the guidance from the body. Participants change after the self-awareness is increased.
2. Self-aware experiences on emotion:Be willing to touch the emotion. Be able to differentiate the emotion and to quick awareness. Experience simultaneously body-emotion-mind awareness. Music would trigger emotion. Participants change after the self-awareness is increased.
3. Self-aware experiences on mental states:Clarify some thoughts. Deeply experience on transcendental thoughts. Participants try to give up previous thoughts and identify transcendental thoughts. Participants change after identifying transcendental thoughts.
4. Experience on the conscious self:The conscious self is operated from the center under the quiet and concentrated state. It transcends duel conflicts and observes the flowing of the ego tenderly.
5. Experience on the higher self:Be aware of higher self and transcendental thoughts. feel the energy.
6. Participants identify higher self and make some change.
