本研究目的以社群網站Facebook及運動手環等行動裝置為介入方式探討介入後對於職場員工促進身體活動及社群網站增加社會支持、運動自我效能之成效。研究對象為北區某科技公司不同廠區的辦公室員工共83位(實驗組42位;對照組41位),採用準實驗前後測設計法,對照組僅進行「線上平台問卷」施測;實驗組則接受社群網站依據自我監控模式、社會認知理論、社會支持、溝通說服理論設計出的介入內容及運動手環進行六週的介入。收集實驗組與對照組填答的前後測問卷進行分析。研究結果發現實驗介入後對於研究對象休閒時身體活動與工作時的走路時間、運動自我效能等有顯著的成效,但在社會支持上未達統計的顯著意義,證實運用行動裝置介入可增加職場員工身體活動與運動自我效能,建議可善用行動裝置作為衛生教育介入的平台,以降低職場執行衛生教育時的阻礙。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the promotion of physical activities and social support and sports self-efficacy for employees in the workplace after Facebook and sports wristband mobile device intervention. The subjects were 83 employees (include 42 at the experimental and 41 at the control group), which recruited from a different area in technology company which in the North. Using pre and post Quasi-experimental design. The control group received only the "online questionnaire" and experimental group received to design by Facebook and sports wristband intervention for six weeks that based on self-monitoring model, social cognitive theory, social support, communication theory. Collected the experimental group and the control group pre and post data from questionnaire to analysis. The results of the study showed that physical activity in leisure time and walk in work time and exercise self-efficacy are significant effectiveness in subjects after the intervention, but the social support is not yet. Confirmed that the use of mobile devices to increase physical activity and exercise self-efficacy in the workplace. Advice on using mobile devices to intervene can to reduce barriers of health education to implement in the workplace.
