研究者目前在私立高中(含高職部)任教,想瞭解學習環境對學生自我價值與學習動機的影響,特別是高職學生。高職學生之學習環境與國中時期相差甚大,且本校對於學生管教嚴格。本研究希望能找出影響學生自我價值與學習動機影響的環境因素進而改善學習環境,提高學生的自我價值與學習動機。本研究藉設計問卷來探求高職部學生各年級間自我價值與學習動機的變化情形,並藉由訪談瞭解學校各項環境因素對學生學習造成的影響。經由分析問卷及訪談資料,可以發現一些提高學生自我價值與學習動機的環境因素。結果發現學校的嚴格管教並不會對學習環境造成負面的影響,反而能使學習環境單純化,使學生更能定下心來學習,且學生在三年的學習後,其「自我價值」與「學習動機」都能有顯著的提升。
