This paper presents QoS in real time service flow for dynamic scheduling algorithm, using orthogonal frequency division multiple access (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access, OFDMA) technology-based on LTE wireless environment, in which we propose dynamic adjustment mechanism and the target delay time to pursue as goals in the downlink scheduling algorithm of wireless communication systems of the 3GPP Long-Term Evolution (LTE) systems.
The motivation of this paper is designed to maintain real-time (Real time, RT) service quality of services (Quality of Service, QoS) and based on MLWDF and maximum rate suboptimal resource allocation scheduling method, then using dynamic adjustment mechanism, to improve system performance and resource allocation fairness. Through simulation, we observed proposed algorithm can effectively chase the target delay.
