本研究的目的在於探討網路多媒體案例對國中實習教師之班級管理認知的影響。研究以拍攝三段不同程度作弊情況的視訊影片,輔以相關的文字、聲音、圖片等多媒體型式,組合成多媒體案例。再建置一個「誰在作弊?」的多媒體案例網站,供在職教師與實習教師觀看,讓在職教師可以經驗分享,實習教師可以藉此網站反思與學習。
研究分析網路多媒體案例在國中實習教師之班級管理之認知所造成的影響,資料搜集的來源為在職教師與實習教師在觀看案例之後,處理過程中所採取的措施、決策的理由、方法的比較等資訊,以及態度問卷的內容。根據分析結果,本研究得出以下的結論:
1、在處理相同的班級管理問題時,實習教師與在職教師所考慮到面向有所不同。
2、在職教師面對班級管理的問題時知道尋求其他的協助管道,實習教師則否。
3、在面對班級管理問題、解決問題的過程中,形成決策的時間與經驗無關,但決策的形成與經驗有關。
4、透過本研究所建立的網路多媒體案例,能讓實習教師想像實際的教學現場。
5、利用網路多媒體案例,在職教師可以提供經驗分享;透過網路多媒體案例,可以提供實習教師示範與反思的機會。
本研究希望未來可以增加各種不同形式的班級管理案例,並且提供各個案例有用的相關資訊,以做為在職教師自身在班級管理上的反思與實習教師在班級管理上的學習。藉由網路多媒體班級管理案例,可以增強實習教師的專業的能力,進而改善教學習實之不足。
