  • 本研究使用文獻計量學方法探索2013到2022這10年間ERP相關研究的論文之主題及這些主題的發展趨勢。利用Web of Science引文索引資料庫檢索出911篇論文作為資料來源。首先運用CATAR工具進行概觀分析,揭示了ERP相關研究的論文之年度論文分佈、被引用最多的論文,以及哪些國家、學術機構和作者的論文發表數量及被引用次數最為突出。
    進一步地,繼續使用VOSviewer和BERTopic這兩種主題分析工具深入解析ERP相關研究的論文之主題及這些主題的發展趨勢。在探索ERP主題方面,VOSviewer的關鍵詞共現功能聚類出ERP系統整合…等7個主題集群;而BERTopic的主題建模技術則成功識別出ERP實施和成功評估…等9個主題。另一方面,在探索這些主題的發展趨勢方面,VOSviewer 的分析功能發現,從2019年開始,ERP相關研究的焦點呈現出明顯的演變趨勢,開始聚焦於Determinants、Cloud Computing、Cloud ERP、future、Big Data、Network、Security、Industry 4.0等新興的技術領域和關鍵主題。BERTopic的分析功能發現ERP實施和成功評估、ERP的生產策略和供應鏈、ERP的選擇及模糊決策、生產與製造計劃以及區塊鏈在ERP和會計中的創新與挑戰等主題的關注度在2019年持續呈現上升趨勢,相反的其它主題則是下降趨勢。本研究的結果和建議為ERP實務專家和研究者提供了對未來ERP研究和實踐方向的實用參考。

    This study used bibliometric methods to explore the themes of ERP related research and their trends of development in the 10 years from 2013 to 2022. Adopting 911 papers from the Web of Science index databases as the sources of data, this study initially conducted an overview analysis using the CATAR tool. Our analysis revealed the annual distribution of ERP-related research papers as well as the most cited papers and highlighted the countries, academic institutions, and authors with the highest number of publications and citations.
    Further, this study delved into the ERP relevant topics and their development trends employing two topic analysis tools: VOSviewer and BERTopic. In terms of exploring research topics, the keyword collocation function of VOSviewer helped categorize seven thematic clusters, including ERP system integration, etc. In contrast, the topic modeling technique of BERTopic successfully identified nine themes, such as ERP Implementation and Success Evaluation. On the other hand, regarding the development trends of these themes, the analysis feature of VOSviewer discovered that, starting from 2019, the focus of ERP-related research showed a clear evolutionary trend, beginning to concentrate on emerging technological domains and key themes like Determinants, Cloud Computing, Cloud ERP, future, Big Data, Network, Security, Industry 4.0, etc. In addition, the analysis function of BERTopic found that the attention to themes such as ERP Implementation and Success Evaluation, ERP production strategy and supply chain, ERP selection and fuzzy decision-making, Production and Manufacturing Planning, and the Blockchain in ERP & Accounting Innovation and Challenges has been on the rise since 2019, in contrast to the other themes.
    The results and recommendations of this study provided practical references for ERP practitioners and researchers for future ERP research and practice directions.
