本研究旨在探討台中市國小教師的性態度﹑性教育專業行為﹑性教育
需求與性教育教學經驗,並分析其與教師個人背景變項的關係。本研究採
問卷調查法,抽樣調查台中市國小導師,,共得有效樣本424位。資料經
由統計分析與討論之後,所得重要結論如下:1. 國小教師的整體性態度
傾向正向,九成以上教師肯定學校性教育的重要性。2.國小教師在處理學
童之與性相關行為時性相關行為時,大都能採取「公開教導」及「個別輔
導」方式。3.國小教師九成五以上有意願參加性教育研習。希望參加研習
的主題以「學校性教育的教學技能」為最常見。4.國小教師九成以上從事
過性教育教學,其中以教導過「尊重隱私及避免性騷擾」的內容為最常見
。最常遇到學童的性疑問為「友誼關係」及「青春期」方面的問題。5.國
小教師的性態度因年齡﹑教育背景﹑任教年資﹑婚姻狀況及個人過去獲得
性教育經驗之不同而顯著差異。教師的性教育專業行為因其性別及任教年
資之不同而有顯著差異。教師參加性教育研習的意願因其性別﹑年齡﹑教
育背景﹑婚姻狀況﹑任教年資及過去獲得的性教育經驗之不同而有顯著的
差異。國小教師從事性教育教學的內容項目因其年齡及個人過去獲得性教
育經驗之不同而有顯著差異。教師面對學童性疑問的經驗因其教育背景﹑
婚姻滿意度﹑個人過去獲得性教育經驗之不同而有顯著差異。6.國小教師
的性態度與性教育專業行為及性教育需求呈顯著正相關。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the sexual
attitudes,profess ional behavior, training needs and teaching
experience in sexuality educaion of the elementary school
teachers in Taichung City. By random sampling of elementary
school teachers in Taichung City, a total of 424 effective
questionnaires were processed through statistical analysis and
abstracted as shown below :1.The sexual attitudes of these
teachers are positive,and about 90% of teachers confirm the
importance of school sexuality education. 2.When handling
students' sex related behaviors, most teachers could adopt
either group instruction or individual guidance method. 3.Over
95% of these teachers are willing to participate in the training
programs of sexuality education.The teaching skill of school
sexuality education is the most desired topic that these
teachers hope to learn. 4.Over 90% of these teachers have the
experience in teaching sexuality education, and the contents
most often included in teaching are "respect privacy" and
"prevent sex harassment".The questions about sex most frequently
asked by students are "friendship"and "puberty". 5.There are
obvious variances among these teachers'(1)sexual attitudes by
their age, edcucation background, teaching years, marriage
status, and various experiences of acquiring sexuality education
in the past.(2)professional behavior by their sex and teaching
years.(3)willing to participate in the training programs of
sexuality education by their sex, age, education background,
marriage status, teaching years and the experiences of acquiring
sexuality education in the past.(4)teaching contents in
sexuality education by their age and their various experiences
of acquiring sexuality education in the past.(5)experiences to
handle students' sex related questions by their variances in
education background, degree of marriage satisfaction and the
experiences of acquiring sexuality education in the past. 6. For
these elementary school teachers,there are positive correlations
between sexual attitudes andprofessional behavior of sexuality
education, and needs of receiving training in sexuality
education respectively.
