摘 要
本研究為達成「建構機電整合電路系統故障檢修行為分類表、分析先備知識與檢修成就的相關、探討機電整合電路系統故障檢修行為、分析影響故障檢修成就因素」等研究目的,首先從技術學院電機系學生中,實施機電整合電路系統先備知識測驗,依測驗成績分高低兩組,每組各選取6位學生,計有12位學生參與機電整合電路系統故障檢修測試。並以「有聲思考/臨床晤談」法蒐集學生檢修的行為與歷程,同時利用錄音錄影方式,配合原案分析轉錄成文字,經由資料分析結果,本研究提出的結論如下:
一、建構機電整合電路系統故障檢修行為分類表。
二、機電整合系統之先備知識與故障檢修成就具有相關存在。其中陳述性知識、程序性知識均與故障檢修成就具有相關存在。
三、機電整合電路系統故障檢修行為的次數依序為:搜尋故障點、瞭解徵候、執行修復行為。在瞭解徵候方面以目視的行為次數最多;在搜尋故障點方面的行為次數依序為:感官評估、電表測量、資料分析、策略運用。
四、先備知識高低分組在故障檢修成就上的差異:
(一)高分組較能運用檢修策略。
(二)低分組因先備知識的不足導致診斷與檢修上的瓶頸。
五、影響機電整合系統故障檢修成就的因素歸納如下:
(一)機電整合系統先備知識與技能的不足,是導致檢修失敗的主要因素。
(二)機電整合系統檢修經驗的不足,將導致檢修時間的增加,降低檢修成效。
(三)熟悉故障檢修策略與方法,是導致檢修成功的重要因素。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to set up the classified table of Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting, explore behavior of troubleshooting, analyze the factors affecting the efficiency on troubleshooting achievement and the correlation between prior-knowledge and troubleshooting achievement. The experimental students, having the pre-test of Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting, were selected 12 students divided into high score group and low score group from electrical engineering department of Technology Institute. The research method was thinking aloud/clinical interview and utilizing protocol analysis by recording tape and video tape searching for the behavior of troubleshooting and processes of Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting.
According to the analysis of this case, the conclusions obtained were as follows:
1. Setting up the classified table of Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting.
2. Significant correlation exists between the students’ achievement of Mecha- tronics Circuit Troubleshooting and their prior-knowledge, both in declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge.
3. The ranking frequency of Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting was as follows: searching for troubleshooting, comprehension for symptoms, and executing troubleshooting behavior. The most frequency in comprehension for symptoms was visual behavior and the ranking frequency of searching for troubleshooting was as follows: sensory evaluation, electrical meter measuring, data analysis, and searching strategy.
4. The achievement comparison between high and low score group of prior- knowledge.
(1) High score group could efficiently implement troubleshooting strategies.
(2) Low score group had obstacles in troubleshooting resulted from insufficient prior-knowledge.
5. The influential factors in Mechatronics Circuit Troubleshooting achievement were as follows:
(1) The main factor resulted in fail troubleshooting was insufficient prior- knowledge and technique.
(2)Lack of experience in Mechatronics troubleshooting would increase troubleshooting time and decrease its efficiency.
(3)The main factor in successful troubleshooting was students’ knowing well about its strategies and methods.
