近幾年微型感測器的崛起,越來越多種微型感測器可以用來測量環境中的狀況,例如:定位感測、空氣感測、水質檢測等等應用,由於我們感測的時間或量測區域通常都是大範圍的,所收集到的數據量會非常龐大,因此我們利用臨機感測應用在必要時進行量測,並且在城市移動力 (Urban Mobility) 結合移動感測增加數據採樣的範圍。
本論文結合臨機感測與移動感測為主要研究目的,利用可攜式微型感測器進行移動感測,稱之為移動臨機感測 (Mobile Opportunistic Sensing)。臨機移動感測為移動感測系統僅於適當的時機在需要時才進行感測,如此便可節省系統耗電量;藉由移動感測則不需部署大量的感測點,即可以降低系統成本;同時僅於適當的時機在需要時才進行感測,除了減少數據採集的數量外同時也提高了數據的可用度。利用感測空氣污染源PM2.5為實例,並將感測裝置裝設於腳踏車上,僅於靜止時進行量測,希望能夠整合出一可行性高的移動臨機感測系統。移動時PM2.5感測器於待機狀態,不感測且不採集任何感測器數值,並於停止移動後才開啟感測器進行量測,如此一來所採集到的數據皆為有效的且解決數據數量龐大的問題。
