本研究之主旨在探討宜蘭縣公立高中學生,體育目標認同的順位與目標構面認同的現況,並進一步探討學生特質(性別、年級、選讀組別)與就讀學校等變項在體育目標認同傾向上的差異情形。故以宜蘭縣三所公立高中全體在學學生為母群,採叢集抽樣法,從每校各年級中抽取四班(二、三年級需自然組與社會組各兩班)共1536名學生為參與研究之對象,使用「高中學生體育目標認同傾向」五等第量表為工具進行研究。量表收回後,逐一檢視與整理,得有效樣本1450份,將所得資料分別以平均數、t 考驗與單因子變異數分析等統計方法處理與分析比較,獲得結論如下:(一)體育目標之認同高順位前五名依序為「獲得運動樂趣」、「學習運動傷害的處置方法」、「培養團隊合作精神」、「培養良好的運動道德」、「充實正當休閒生活」。低順位之最後五名依序為「瞭解體育與運動的歷史發展」、「滿足自我表現的慾望」、「瞭解動作的物理原理與基本原則」、「瞭解本土運動文化內容」、「培養領導能力」。而體育目標構面的認同順位依序為「社會行為」、「體適能」、「情意行為」、「運動技能」、「體育認知」。(二)三所學校學生在「運動技能」構面的體育目標認同傾向之差異達顯著(p<.05)。(三)學生特質(性別、年級、選讀組別)變項在體育目標認同傾向的差異情形為:男、女學生在「社會行為」與「體適能」兩個目標構面之認同傾向達顯著差異,自然組與社會組學生在「情意行為」、「運動技能」與「體適能」三個目標構面之認同傾向達顯著差異,不同年級學生在「體育認知」、「情意行為」、「運動技能」與「社會行為」四個目標構面之認同傾向達顯著差異。本研究之發現,可提供宜蘭縣三所公立高中之體育教師作為實施體育教學活動時的參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the public senior high school students’ physical education objective identity tendency precedence and objective dimension identity in I- Lan area. The difference between student characteristics (gender, grade, study group) and school variables in objective identity tendency was also examined. Participants came from three public senior high schools in I- Lan area. Cluster sampling method was used to sample a total of 1536 students from every grade of the three schools (including two classes in nature group and two classes in social group from eleventh and twelfth grade). Self-designed Five-point Likert Scale of physical education objective identity tendency was send to 1536 participants, 1450 copies were retrieved and the return rate was 94.4﹪. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows: (1) the ranking of the first five physical education objectives were: “Have fun”, “Learning how to cope with exercise injures”, “Foster team spirits”, “Foster exercise ethics”, “To fulfill positive recreation life”. The ranking of the last five physical education objectives were: “To understand physical education and sport history development”, “To satisfy the desire of self-performance”, “To comprehend the physics principles and fundamental rules of movements”, “To understand the local sport culture contents”, “To nurture leadership ability”. The rank order of physical education objective dimension identity was: “Social behavior”, “Physical fitness”, “Affective behavior”, “Motor skills” and “Physical education cognitive”; (2) Significant difference in motor skill among three school students variable was found (p<.05); (3) For student characteristics : “Social behavior” and “physical fitness” objective dimension identity were significantly different between gender; “Affective behavior”, “Motor skill”, and “physical fitness” were significantly different between nature study and social study group; “physical education cognitive”, “social behavior”, “motor skill” and “social behavior” were significantly different among different grade. The findings of this study have implication for physical education teachers in I-Lan area to promote their teaching quality and effectiveness.
