季胡課程理論之研究
摘 要
本研究旨在探討Giroux的課程理論, 主要研究結果如下:
一﹑Giroux的學術淵源包括:批判理論、後現代主義、後
現代女性主義與民主教育思想。
二﹑Giroux 在整個課程理論領域的立場與影響,早期以社
會批判的觀點對科學化課程理論與現象學課程理論提出
批判,但對於社會批判理論的核心----再製理論和抗拒
理論仍然不滿而提出修正,近年來結合後現代主義和文
化研究的觀點,積極發展批判的後現代的課程理論。
三、Giroux 在社會批判時期的課程理論主要的方向包括:
批判再製理論與抗拒理論,重建意識型態、文化霸權、
權力和文化等社會批判核心概念,強調課程的政治性和
權力的積極作用,形成一種兼具批判性和可能性的課程
理論。
四、Giroux在後現代時期的課程理論主要的方向包括:結
合文化研究與教育,形成一種" 邊界教育論 ";加強大
眾文化與媒體表徵的研究,並促使其成為課程理論中合
法化的學術領域和重要的課程內容。
五、Giroux的課程理論雖然有許多優點,但是必須針對理論
和實施層面中若干自相矛盾的問題加以批判和修正,才
能提高理論的價值和可行性。
Study On Giroux's Curriculum Theory

Abstract
The main propose of the study is to examine Giroux's curriculum theory. The major findings of the study are as follows:
1. The spheres of Giroux's learning which have influenced his curriculum theory
included critical theory , postmodernism ,postmodern feminism and educational
thoughts for democracy.
2. The position of Giroux,s curriculum theory first stood on social critical theory
to criticize scientific and phenomenological curriculum theory ,and revised the theories of reproduction and resistance, then turn toward postmodernism and cultural studies to develop the curriculum theory. of critical postmodernism.
3.In social critical period the main content of Giroux's curriculum theory included
criticizing the theories of reproduction and resistance, reconceptualizing
ideology, hegemony, power and culture which are the key concepts of
curriculum theory of social critical study, and using the language of critique
and possibility to build critical pedagogy.
4.In postmodern period the main concept of Giroux's curriculum theory consist of
combining culture study with education , strengthening the research on popular
culture ,mass media and representation, and developing his "border pedagogy".
5.Althought lots of virtues , Giroux's curriculum theory must be revised to make
it feasible and practical.
