本系統是以直流磁場及振動馬達驅動的振動樣品磁力儀(Vibarting SampleMagnetometer),系統的振幅為4 mm (上下 2 mm),可控制頻率範圍為 30 Hz。樣品管材質使用塑鋼製成,為了不使樣品管被磁化干擾到訊號量測結果。樣品棒則以25.5 公分長之纖維強化高分子複合材料(FRP)製成,因材料質輕又強固。樣品管則直接接到樣品棒的底端。系統使用上更人性化,使用者可視樣品種類來決定使用何種樣品棒以及磁場走向來進行量測。因此,將系統振動器、感應線圈組與電磁鐵三者設計成獨立裝置,使用上可視需求簡易設定磁走向或感應線圈組合。系統標準是以實驗室現有之振動樣品磁力儀(Vibarting Sample Magnetometer)測量鎳片的數據作為比較依據,兩者數據比較證明我們建構之磁力計具有一定之準確度。對磁流體的量測可達0.4 µemu . 最後我們將自製的機台用來量測肝癌AFP免疫檢測實驗。
