All of the participants completed the Volunteering Motivation Scale, Balanced Time Perspective Scale, Flourishing Scale, and Life Satisfaction Scale. The data was analyzed via descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA, and t-Test. The results are shown as follow.
1. There were significant positive relationship between volunteering motivation,
balanced time perspective, flourishing, and life satisfaction.
2. Balanced time perspective and flourishing have serial mediation effect towards
volunteering motivation and life satisfaction.
