本研究主要目的在於探討台灣地區優秀跳遠選手其跳遠助跑起跳階段之運動學及踩板起跳之動力學參數,並和國內外相關文獻作比較,進而探討有利於受試者之跳遠動作模式以利訓練和調整,並提供選手相關訊息以圖成績之改善。本研究以民國90年全國運動會田徑男子跳遠進入決賽之五名之選手為受試者,以Peak高速攝影機和Kistler測力板蒐集跳遠動作中助跑和起跳之運動學、動力學資料,依Peak顯示之成績將各受試者之最佳和最差兩次成績分成高、低表現組,兩組進行相依樣本t考驗(α=.05)。所得到的結果如下:
本研究受試者在:
一、 在運動學方面,本研究高表現組在Peak距離、踩板瞬間重心高度、踩板瞬間膝、踝關節角度較大;而助跑到起跳重心垂直位移則較小。
二、 動力學方面,起跳支撐時間會顯著影響跳遠距離,亦即減少踩板支撐時間明顯有助於增加跳遠距離。
The purepose of this study was to investiget the kimematic parameers of take-off phase and kinetic parameters of landing phase,and compaire with the relative literature. Try to provide appropriate model for long jumpers to improve the preformance of long jumpers.
Five long jumpers who were the top eight in 2001 in Taiwan,served as subject for the study.A Kistler force platform(1200HZ) to collect the data of approaching and take off A standard t-test for paired comparison was used to test for differences between the best and the worse performance of each subject. The significant level was at 0.05.
The results:
1. In Kinematics, the distance of jumping, the height of center of mass in the instance of take off, the angle of knee and ankle of the best performance group are more than the worse group. But vertical displacement of the center of mass from the approaching to take off is better in the worse performance group.
2. In Kinetic, the time of take off would influence the distance of jumping, it also mean that the less time of take off ,the best performance of jumping.
