The objective of this study was to investigate the acute effect of different vibration frequency rolling on flexibility and lower limb performance. Method: Twenty college students with exercise habits be collected, and the control group (no vibration) experiment was conducted first, and then two vibration frequencies of the high frequency group (92Hz) and the low frequency group (45Hz) were intervened in a random crossover design. Each foam rolling session on each leg with 90 seconds, using the sit and reach tool to measure the flexibility, and doing the countermovement jump on the force plate to collect data such as peak force, vertical jump height and rate of force development, and compare the acute effect of different vibration frequency on flexibility and lower limb performance after rolling. Data analysis using the SPSS version 23.0 statistical software, the two way ANOVA and t-tests were used to compare whether the subject’s pre to post test and vibration frequency affected flexibility and data of countermovement jump. All significant levels are set to α = .05. Results : Foam roller and vibration roller can improve the flexibility after intervention; high frequency vibration rollers can increase the vertical jump height after intervention; foam rollers can increase the peak strength after intervention; the three groups of rollers have not changed the rate of force development after intervention. Conclusion: Regardless of whether the roller has a vibration function, it can effectively improve the flexibility. Different vibration frequencies will affect different performance parameters, and it is necessary to select the appropriate vibration frequency according to the needs.
