本研究旨在探討高級工業職業學校服務品質內涵建構之研究,藉以發展「高級工業職業學校服務品質問卷」,再進行實證研究,調查高工學生對學校服務品質的看法,以了解高級工業學校在服務品質的現況,據此提出若干建議以供參考。
本研究經由文獻探討,以建立學校服務品質的理論基礎,建構出學校服務品質的內涵,並發展調查問卷,再經專家審查、預試、簡精題目,最後形成正式問卷,進行問卷調查,蒐集高工學生對學校服務品質的看法,並透過描述統計、t 檢定及變異數分析等統計方法來分析與詮釋資料。
本研究所獲得的結論如下:一、高級工業職業學校服務品質重要因素分為有形性、可靠性、保證性、關懷性及反應性等五個構面。二、SERVQUAL衡量方法適用於高級工業職業學校服務品質之衡量。三、高工學生對學校服務品質之期望頗高,尤其在保證性、有形性兩個構面。四、不同背景變項的學生對於學校服務品質的期望只有少數的不同。五、高工學生對學校服務品質實際感受層面持正向的感受,尤其在保證性和關懷性構面。六、不同背景變項的學生對學校服務品質的實際感受有所不同。七、高工學生對高級工業職業學校服務品質有缺口(落差、差距)存在。八、不同背景變項的學生對學校服務品質的知覺有不同的差距。
The purpose of this study is to probe into the constructing of the contents of the service quality of the industrial vocational high schools. By developing "The questionnaire of Service Quality for the Industrial Vocational High Schools", then proceeding empirical study, investigating the opinions of the students about schools' service quality. In order to acknowledge the current status of industrial vocational high schools' service quality, and proposing suggestions for reference.
Through documents research for establishing the theoretical foundation of this study, and constructing the contents of schools' service quality, developing questionnaire, and censored by specialists, pre-tests, refined questions, to get the formal questionnaire, conducting the questionnaire survey, collecting the opinions of the students about schools' service quality. Through descriptive statistical, analyzed by Student's t-test, ANOVA, as well as the analysis method.
The conclusions are: 1) The important factors of the industrial vocational high schools' service quality are tangibles, reliability, assurance, empathy, and responsiveness. 2) The method of SERVQUAL measuring is suitable for industrial vocational high schools. 3) The expectations of the students of industrial vocational high schools are high, especially in tangibles and. assurance 4) There are little difference in expectation about schools' service quality of the different backgrounds students. 5) The perceptions about schools' service quality of the students of industrial vocational high schools are positive, especially in assurance and empathy 6) There are difference in perception about schools' service quality of the different backgrounds students. 7) There is a gap in the schools' service quality of industrial vocational high schools students. 8) There are difference in awareness about schools' service quality of the different backgrounds students.
