  • 本研究之目的是為探討學前幼兒與母親在拼圖遊戲中的溝通行為與訊息內容。研究樣本為60對母親與他們三至五歲幼兒,分析母親與幼兒共玩拼圖的過程。遊戲進行時,全程進行錄音錄影,事後再使用兒童語料交換系統(CHILDES)的CHAT格式將全部互動過程轉譯成語料,然後進行編碼。研究者參考前人相關研究後自行編修編碼系統,針對母親與幼兒的溝通行為與訊息內容編碼分析。編碼後的各類型溝通行為與訊息內容透過CLAN軟體的指令計算,再以多變量變異數分析以及偏相關進行分析。
    本研究主要結果:(1)溝通行為:母親與幼兒的主要溝通行為是回饋、給予訊息和關注,不同的是,母親還有較多的要求訊息,而幼兒則有較多的給予訊息。幼兒的溝通行為會因幼兒的年齡差別而有顯著差異,其中其中三歲幼兒比五歲幼兒有更多的要求訊息,較少的給予訊息;而母親的溝通行為則沒有。母親與幼兒的部分溝通行為,如訊息要求與訊息回應、訊息給予與關注,兩者具有相關性。(2)訊息內容:母親與幼兒的訊息內容皆以非空間語言類型為主,且三歲幼兒的母親比四歲幼兒的母親有較多的空間與非空間屬性說明,比五歲幼兒母親有較多的位置提取;而不同年齡幼兒的訊息內容沒有顯著差異。母親與幼兒的非空間語言類型有相關性,空間語言則僅維度與屬性有相關。
    研究結果有助於了解臺灣母親與三至五歲幼兒在拼圖遊戲中的溝通行為與訊息內容,以及其差異性與關係。最後,依此結果對未來研究與教育實務提出建議。
