本研究旨在以全職實習諮商師觀點探討對其個人與諮商專業成長之重要督導事件內涵,包括重要督導事件、督導者在該督導事件中的行為、受督者對該行為的想法與感受、以及對受督者的衝擊。研究參與者共八位,皆為在大專院校擔任全職實習諮商師。研究者以訪談法訪問了八位全職實習階段的新手諮商師,以及以紮根理論資料分析中的開放編碼程序進行資料的分析。研究結果發現全職實習新手諮商師所知覺到對於個人與專業成長產生衝擊的重要事件可歸納為四大類:(一)督導關係事件:共十五件,歸納為六大主類別,分別為督導風格、創造滋養的督導環境、督導者的開放度、督導者的投入參與、對受督者的評估與場面構成;(二)個人化事件:共二十二件,歸納為兩大主類別,分別是諮商中受督者個人情緒、個人議題對諮商的影響;(三)諮商技巧與歷程介入事件:共十九件,歸納為三大主類別,分別是個案問題的介入處理、諮商歷程技巧、其他專業技術;(四)概念化事件:共六件,歸納為一大主類別為對個案的概念化。每一督導事件中有其相對應的正向或負向或中性未定向的督導行為,研究結果發現影響督導行為效益性的因素可分為受督者因素與督導者因素,在受督者因素方面,受督者對督導行為的認知、受督者的調適能力、受督者對督導行為的認同感、受督者的自省能力、受督者對督導者的開放度、受督者在諮商專業發展中的發展特性、受督者對督導者的信任度;督導者因素包括督導行為是否隨受督者的督導需求而彈性調整、督導者面對受督者回饋的開放度、督導者是否具體示範諮商技巧、督導者是否保持彈性的態度。研究者針對上述研究結果進行討論,並據此對督導者以及未來研究提出建議。

This study is based on the view of Full-Time Trainee Counselor to discuss the meaning of those important supervision events for the advance of themselves and the counseling skill: including the important supervisory events, the behavior of the supervisor during supervision, the thinking and feeling of the supervisee about the behavior that made by supervisor, and the impact to the supervisee. There are eight participators in this research. Each of them works in Collage as a Full-Time Trainee Counselor. The author interviewed eight Full-Time Trainee Counselors and analyzed the result using the open-coding procedure based on grounded theory. The result of the analysis found that those important events impact to the advance of themselves and the counseling skill were sensed by Full-Time Trainee Counselors can be summarized into four subjects: (1)Events of supervisory relationship: There are 15 cases in total and can be summarized into 6 categories: the style of supervision, creating a positive supervisory environment, the opening degree of the supervisor, the degree of the supervisor participating in, the evaluation to the supervisee and structuring.(2)Personalized events: There are 22 cases in total and can be summarized into 2 categories: the emotion of the supervisee, personal issue impact on counseling. (3)The events of counseling skills and intervening to the supervision: There are 19 cases in total and can be summarized into 3 categories: intervening to the case, the skill of counseling, other professional skills.(4)Conceptualized events: There are 6 cases in total and can be summarized into a category: Conceptualized case.
Each of the supervisory event is corresponding to a supervisory behavior that is positive, negative, or uncertain. The report of the research found that the factor effected the benefit of supervisory behavior can be classify as Factors of supervisor and Factors of Supervisee. The factors of supervisee include the understanding of supervisory behavior, adjustment ability of supervisee, the consideration of supervisory behavior, introspective ability of supervisee, the opening degree of the supervisee to the supervisor, the supervisees’ the development characteristic, and the trust of supervisee to supervisor. The factors of supervisor include whether the supervisory behavior will be adjust according to the supervisory needs of supervisee, the opening degree while supervisor facing the response made by supervisee, whether the supervisor demonstrates the counseling skill clearly, whether the supervisor has a flexible attitude. The author is focus on those result found in the research and trying to analyze the result and proposes the suggestions to supervisors and the future works.
