摘要
本研究以「徑向共振理論」為基礎,將生理上造成血管伸長的主動脈軸向張力,利用彈性管拉長來進行模擬研究。測量不同張力管子的波速、不同材質加張力的管子相接,其探討天然頻、並研究張力變化跟管子橫向振動動能的關係。
實驗是以電磁鐵的台座輸出脈衝波進入長直管系統模擬心臟輸出;以各種尺寸之乳膠管(Latex)及豬的主動脈作為系統主管;使用水槽提供系統靜壓模擬動脈中的靜壓;並拉長主管模擬在生理上的軸向張力。脈衝波輸入後由壓力轉換器量測壓力隨時間的變化經傅利葉頻譜分析後再與理論比較。
研究的結果證實了波速、天然頻會隨張力大小而變。而我們導入的新參數「動脈壁的橫向振動動能」,經由乳膠管及豬主動脈的模擬實驗也發現了在某定伸長量時有最大的「動脈壁的橫向振動動能」,也就是有最好的能量傳遞。
