本研究為一調查研究且採用自填式問卷為研究工具,主要目的在於探討國中學生校園暴力行為的情形,及影響國中學生校園暴力行為的因素。研究過程以分層集束抽樣的方式選取桃園市三所國中共27個班級的學生為研究對象,最後得有效樣本為950人,所得的資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元線性迴歸分析、多元逐步迴歸分析以及虛擬變項迴歸分析來進行處理,並得到以下重要結果:
一、研究對象的校園暴力行為類型中,輕度校園暴力行為高於中度校園暴力行為,中度校園暴力行為又高於重度校園暴力行為。
二、研究對象的校園暴力行為,會因其性別、年級、學業成績、手足感情、缺乏生活照顧者、缺發學業教導者、與母親間的感情以及母親職業等因素分佈的不同而有顯著的差異。
三、研究對象之影響校園暴力行為因素(暴力認知、情緒控制、自我概念、偏差行為、溝通技巧、學校領導、師生關係、學習適應、交友、休閒、父母管教、家庭親密感、整體和諧感)等預測變項分別對於輕度、中度以及重度校園暴力行為具有顯著的影響力且其解釋力分別為44.6%、38.2%及25.7%。
四、人口學變項以及影響校園暴力行為因素(暴力認知、情緒控制、自我概念、偏差行為、溝通技巧、學校領導、師生關係、學習適應、交友、休閒、父母管教、家庭親密感、整體和諧感)等預測變項分別對於輕度、中度以及重度校園暴力行為具有顯著的影響力且其解釋力分別為44.7%、41.9%及28.2%。
研究者針對上述結果進行討論,並對於改善校園暴力行為之實務應用及未來研究提供建議。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the influential factors of school violence and examine the school violence of junior high school students in Taoyuan. The sample(n=950)was selected by stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires, and analyzed using SPSS10.0 for Independent-
Samples t test, One-Way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment Correlations, Multiple linear regression analysis, Multiple stepwise regression analysis,and Multiple linear regression analysis with dummy variables.The results of this research were as follows:
1. The most performance of school violence toward subject was mild school violence, the more was less severe school violence, and the least was severe school violence.
2. The frequency of school violence by different gender, grade, learning scores, relationships among siblings, status of living care, status of learning directors, relationship among mother, and mother’s job were significantly different.
3. The 44.6% variance of mild school violence could be explained by influential factors of school violence, the 38.2% variance of less severe school violence could be explained by influential factors of school violence, and the 25.7% variance of severe school violence could be explained by influential factors of school violence.
4. Demographic variables were also powerful predictors toward the mild, less severe and severe school violence.
Recommendations of researches and education toward school violence for the future were presented at the end of the thesis.
