本研究之目的在於了解試教活動在師資培育工作中所扮演的角色,及其可能發揮的具體功效。研究的重點在於探討教學實習中試教活動的錄影帶回饋作用及同儕回饋作用,對增進職前化學教師在教學能力及自我評鑑能力方面的成效,以及這些回饋作用對職前化學教師的教學態度有何影響;並分析比較職前化學教師在「預習試教」及「實地試教」,二者教學行為表現上的異同。本研究之職前化學教師係以國立台灣師範大學化學系大三及大四學生共97人為研究對象,總共進行了297堂次試教評量課程。
本研究的主要結果摘述如下:
1.試教活動在增進職前教師教學進度之控制、教評量之應用及補充教材等方面的教學技術上有顯著的成效。
2.錄影帶回饋作用及同儕回饋作用皆可幫助五成以上的職前化學教師增進其自我評鑑能力。
3.試教活動中的回饋作用並不會使職前化學教師對其教學態度產生負面的影響。
4.由於教學對象與教學情境的不同,使職前化學教師在「預習試教」與「實地試教」兩項的教學行為表現上有頗大的差異存在。
根據研究結果並進一步提出改進試教活動進行方式的建議,本研究所採用的試教進行模式與教學評量表統計方法,可提供師資培育課程做為試教活動安排的參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the role of practice teaching and its concrete effects on the education of teacher preparation. This study focused on the following purposes; (1) assessing the effect of videotape and peer feedbacks in the practice teaching, such as how to improve the teaching abilities and self-evaluation of preservice chemistry teachers; (2) investigating the effect of the mentioned feedbacks on the teaching attitudes of preservice chemicstry teachers, and (3) analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of preservice chemistry teacher in peer teaching and field teaching toward their teaching performances. The subjects for this study included 97 junior and senior college students. There were totally 297 classes for the evaluation of practice teaching in this study.
The results of this research were summarized as follows:
1.Practice teaching was significantly effective in improving techniques of preservice chemistry teachers in controlling their teaching processes, in their application of teaching evaluation, and in the using of teaching supplement.
2.Videotape and peer feedbacks were useful for at least 50% of preservice chemistry teachers in promoting their abilities of self-evaluation.
3.Because of the differences in the environments of teaching and backgrounds of students, preservice chemistry teachers might act quite differently in performance of science teaching between peer teaching and field teaching.
4.Feedbacks from the practice teaching will not lead to a negative effect on the attitudes of teaching for the preservice chemistry teachers.
According to the results of the research, the suggestions for using the mode of practice teaching were proposed. This research also provided the model of practice teaching and the statistical methods for evaluatio which can be used as a strategy for the activity in the practice teaching in teacher's training program.
