本研究主旨在探討預防安非他命濫用教學計劃能否促使國二學生有正確的安非他命知識及態度,並增強拒絕同儕邀約濫用安非他命的自我效能及降低安非他命濫用意向與濫用行為。
本研究採用「不相等實驗組控制組設計」,以文昌國中學生為實驗對象。實驗組接受五個小時的預防安非他命濫用教學活動,二對照組則不接受任何的實驗處理。在教學介入前,三組分別接受前測以作為評量實驗結果的比較基礎,教學結束後一星期立即進行後測以了解教學後的立即效果,間隔四週再實施後後測以追蹤教學介入的延宕效果。資料以卡方考驗、單因子共變數分析及詹森-內曼法比較組別間的差異,所得結果如下:
一、 預防安非他命濫用教學計畫能顯著地增進實驗組學生的安非他命知識,而且經過一個月後,介入的影響效果仍能持續。
二、 本研究之教學計畫能顯著地增進實驗組學生反對安非他命濫用的態度;間隔一個月後,仍有延宕效果。
三、 本教學計畫能立即降低實驗組學生的安非他命濫用意向;間隔一個月後,除了前測成績表示「絕對不可能」吸食安非他命的受試者外,教學介入仍有持續的影響效果。
四、 除前測回答「絕對有把握」拒絕吸食安非他命的學生外,預防安非他命濫用教學計畫對於受試者的自我效能有顯著影響;間隔一個月後,效果仍延續。
五、 本研究之教學計畫的實施,對改變學生的安非他命濫用行為有正向的效果,使嘗試過安非他命的實驗組學生不再吸食安非他命,而對照組則無變化。
六、 接受安非他命濫用教學計畫的學生都感覺喜歡本教材,表示「對安非他命有更深的瞭解」並認為拒絕吸食安非他命的招式很不錯。視聽媒體及學生學習手冊的運用可加強學生學習的印象。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the effect of a amphetamine abuse curriculum prevention program for second grade junior high school students. The topics of this research was focused on increasing amphetamine knowledge, promoting attitude of no-amphetamine abusing, reducing amphetamine abuse intention and enhancing self-efficacy for reducing amphetamine abuse pressure from peers.
A non-equivalent control group design was used in this study. We select three classes of second grade students from Wen-chan and Tse-wen junior high school as the sample. One class of Wen-chan was given five sessions of amphetamine abuse prevention curriculum as the treatment group. The other two classes were served as control conditions.
All of the tested classes were randomly assigned to treatment and control condition. The effect of intervention was assessed by questionnaires immediately after five sessions and follow-up evaluation in the next month.
The collected data was analyzed by one-way analysis of covariance and χ2 test. Some interesting results are shown as following:
1. The amphetamine abuse prevention curriculum program can increase students' amphetamine knowledge and the intervention effect still retains through one month.
2. The amphetamine abuse prevention program can increase students' no- amphetamine abusing attitude and the intervention effect still retains through one month.
3. The invention has positive effect in reducing intention of treatment group to amphetamine abuse.
4. There is significant effect in improving the self-efficacy of treatment group in refusing peer's pressure immediately after the intervention. After one month, the effect still retains except for those students that got nearly full scores in the pretest.
5. The amphetamine abuse prevention program has positive effect in lessening treatment group student's amphetamine abuse behavior.
6. Students participate in the instructional activities of amphetamine abuse prevention appreciated the student-centered instruction. The audio-visual teaching material and students' learning manual could reinforce the impression of learning.
