  • 本研究主要在探討孕婦早年依附關係、婚姻品質與孕期親子聯結三者之間的關係。探討重點是:(一)個人背景變項在孕期親子聯結上的差異情形;(二)早年依附關係對孕期親子聯結的預測情形;(三)婚姻品質對孕期親子聯結的預測情形;(四)早年依附關係對婚姻品質的預測情形;(五)早年依附關係、婚姻品質對孕期親子聯結的預測情形。
    本研究以台北地區兩所醫院的孕婦為研究對象,共計153名。以問卷調查法進行資料收集,所使用的工具包括「父親母親依附量表」、「婚姻調適量表」、「孕期親子聯結量表」。調查所得的資料分別以多變項變異數分析和多元逐步迴歸分析統計法進行資料分析,重要發現如下:
    一、不同個人背景變項在孕期親子聯結之差異情形
    (一)不同年齡的孕婦在孕期親子聯結上有顯著差異,年齡較大的孕婦在「和胎兒互動」上的得分低於年齡較低的孕婦。
    (二)不同胎次的孕婦在孕期親子聯結上有顯著差異,胎次為第一胎者在「對胎兒的想像」、「貢獻自己」、「和胎兒互動」、「認同胎兒」上的得分皆高於第二胎及以上。
    (三)不同懷孕動機的孕婦在孕期親子聯結並沒有顯著差異,意即懷孕動機並不會對孕期親子聯結造成影響。
    (四)不同胎兒性別的孕婦在孕期親子聯結上有顯著差異,胎兒性別為男孩者在「貢獻自己」上的得分高於胎兒性別是女孩者。
    (五)不同胎兒預期性別的孕婦在孕期親子聯結上有顯著差異,胎兒性別為預期性別者在「對胎兒的想像」、「貢獻自己」上的得分高於胎兒性別為非預期性別者。
    二、早年依附關係對孕期親子聯結的預測情形
    早年依附關係可有效預測孕期親子聯結,且其對孕期親子聯結的解釋量介於2.9﹪至10﹪之間。對父親越信任的孕婦,對胎兒的想像就越多;對父親及母親越信任的孕婦,則越能貢獻自己;和父親的溝通品質越好的孕婦,則和胎兒互動的現象就越多;對父親越信任的孕婦,就越能認同胎兒。
    三、婚姻品質對孕期親子聯結的預測情形
    婚姻品質可以有效預測孕期親子聯結,且其對孕期親子聯結的解釋量介於14.7﹪至25.1﹪之間。「凝聚力」對孕期親子聯結四個向度皆具有預測力,且與配偶凝聚力越高的孕婦,對胎兒的想像越多,也越能夠貢獻自己,同時和胎兒互動的情形越多,也較能認同胎兒的存在。
    四、早年依附關係對婚姻品質的預測情形
    早年依附關係可有效預測婚姻品質,且其對婚姻品質的解釋量介於10.1﹪至15.9﹪之間。對父親越信任的孕婦,與配偶的意見一致性越高;對父親越信任的孕婦,與配偶的凝聚力也會越好;對父親和母親越信任的孕婦,對婚姻的滿意度也會較高。
    五、早年依附關係、婚姻品質對孕期親子聯結的預測情形
    早年依附關係、婚姻品質可有效預測孕期親子聯結,且這兩者對孕期親子聯結的解釋量介於14.7﹪至25.1﹪之間。與配偶凝聚力越高的孕婦,對胎兒的想像越多;與配偶凝聚力越高且和母親越不疏離的孕婦,則越能夠貢獻自己;與配偶凝聚力越高的孕婦,和胎兒互動的情形越多,且越認同胎兒的存在。
    最後,研究者根據本研究結果加以討論,並提出親職教育、輔導應用及未來研究建議。
