  • 社交媒體軟體在當今數位時代扮演著重要的角色,而短影音 APP 作為其中的一環,更是迅速崛起,成為使用者分享、創作和互動的主要平台,透過融合科技與使用者互動,它不僅改變了人們之間的溝通方式,更深刻地影響了娛樂方式與商業。
    社交媒體軟體的興起可追溯至互聯網的發展。隨著網路科技的不斷進步,人們開始尋找一種更即時、更具互動性的溝通方式,社交媒體應運而生。它打破了地域限制,使得使用者能夠輕鬆地與全球範圍內的朋友、家人或陌生人連結。然而,儘管在提供創意內容和娛樂的同時,也面臨一些使用者感知的功能痛點。本研究採用「文獻探討」、「案例分析」、「問卷調查法」建立研究架構,首先探討短影音APP 發展及設計,並整理介面設計之原則,提供後續介面設計及操作流程的基礎,而後將市面上之熱門短影音 APP 相關應用程式案例作分析與調查,以了解使用者操作流程與體驗,並針對與使用者痛點作分析,藉以優化使用流程與功能,研究結果則運用上述歸納分析所得之結果進行本研究之創作設計,提供未來發展社交媒體軟件系統之參考。

    Social media software plays an important role in today's digital era, and short video APP, as a part of it, has rapidly emerged and become the main platform for users to share, create and interact. By integrating technology and interacting with users, it not only It has changed the way people communicate with each other and has a more profound impact on culture, business and politics.
    The rise of social media software can be traced to the development of the Internet. With the continuous advancement of network technology, people began to look for a more immediate and interactive way of communication, and social media came into being. It breaks geographical restrictions and allows users to easily connect with friends, family or strangers around the world. However, while providing creative content and convenience, it also faces some functional pain points perceived by users. This study uses "literature discussion", "case analysis", and "questionnaire survey method" to establish a research structure. It first discusses the development and design of short video APP, and organizes the principles of interface design to provide the basis for subsequent interface design and operation processes. Then it will Analyze and investigate popular short video APP related application cases on the market to understand the user operation process and experience, and analyze user pain points to optimize the use process and functions. The research results are obtained by using the above inductive analysis As a result, the creative design of this study was carried out to provide a reference for the future development of social media software systems.
