羽球運動員知覺預期能力與訓練策略之研究

摘 要
本研究以電腦輔助動作分析學習系統及影片反應時間測驗裝置為主要研究儀器,進行兩個實驗來探討下列問題:(一)羽球運動員知覺預期能力是否會隨著球齡的增長而獲得發展? (二)羽球運動員知覺預期能力是否可以藉由主動訓練的歷程來獲得改善?實驗一以球齡為1.94±0.72年、4.76±0.83年、6.83±1.53年之國小、國中及高中羽球運動員為研究對象(N=95),以燈光選擇反應時間、擊球動作型態判斷時間及失誤率作為依變項,採獨立樣本單因子多變項分析來進行統計考驗。實驗二則是以接受過羽球訓練四年以上的運動員為研究對象(N=78),採隨機分派的方式分配至控制組、知覺組及知覺動作組,接受每週一次持續八週的知覺預期訓練。採獨立樣本單因子多變項共變數分析進行資料的處理。所獲得的結論為:(一) 在國小至國中的羽球訓練初期階段,運動員知覺預期能力的發展會隨著球齡的增長而獲得基本的成長,然而在國中至高中階段,此一能力的發展則出現高原停滯的現象。(二)知覺預期能力可以藉由主動訓練的歷程獲得提昇,不論在影片練習效果或遷移效果上,知覺組及知覺動作組在判斷擊球動作型態的失誤率上都有顯著的處理效果;另外在實際球場遷移效果的測驗上,知覺組與知覺動作組在擊球品質的表現也顯著優於控制組。
