本研究旨在探討員工成就動機、主管支持、工作投入與職涯成功之間的關係。研究係透過調查研究法,以臺灣地區高科技產業員工作為研究對象,調查四家高科技公司,發出300份問卷,有效回收256份。結果發現:(1)成就動機對工作投入具有顯著預測力;(2)主管支持對工作投入具有顯著預測力;(3)成就動機對職涯成功具有顯著預測力;(4)主管支持對職涯成功具有顯著預測力;(5)工作投入對職涯成功具有顯著預測力;(6)成就動機透過工作投入對職涯成功具有部分中介效果;(7)主管支持透過工作投入對職涯成功具有部分中介效果。由以上結果可歸納:員工成就動機愈高、獲得主管支持愈多,愈能提升員工之工作投入,和促進其職涯成功。
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between employee achievement motivation, supervisor’s support, job involvement and employee career success in the high-tech industry. A survey was employed and 300 questionnaires were distributed to four high-tech corporations and 256 valid questionnaires were collected consequently the following findings conclusions are obtained: (1) Achievement motivation can positivly predict job involvement. (2) Supervisor’s support can positivly predict job involvement. (3) Achievement motivation can positively predict career success. (4) Supervisor’s support can positivly predict career success. (5) Job involvement can positively predict career success. (6) Job involvement has partial mediating effect between achievement motivation and career success. (7) Job involvement has partial mediating effect between supervisor’s support and career success. According to the result of the study, if the achievement motivation and supervisor’s support could be more possessed from staffs, the job involvement would be promoted into staffs which would induct the employee’s career success.
