本研究的目的在比較分段式登階訓練與集中式登階訓練,對於國中女生心肺適能效果的影響。本研究是以45名國中女生(平均年齡14.1±0.6歲)為研究對象,以800公尺跑成績採均衡分配原則分成集中登階訓練組、分段登階訓練組及對照組。進行為期八週強度由90拍/分增加至120拍/分之登階訓練,集中組每週除了兩節體育課外,另外實施每週3次、每次30分鐘之登階訓練;分段組則除了體育課外,另外實施每週3次、每個工作天早、晚兩次各15分鐘之登階訓練;對照組除體育課外,不得從事任何激烈之運動。運動介入前後皆進行800公尺跑測驗、三分鐘登階測驗及身體組成評估,所得資料以混合設計二因子變異數進行分析。結果發現:一、體力指數方面,集中組、分段組與對照組有顯著差異(p<.05) ;集中組與分段組則無顯著差異(p>.05)。二、800公尺成績方面,集中組、分段組與對照組皆有顯著差異(p<.05);集中組與分段組則無顯著差異(p>.05)。三、身體組成方面,集中組、分段組與對照組皆無顯著差異(p>.05)。本研究得到以下結論:在為期八週,每週三天、每天30分鐘之登階運動介入後,不管是集中式或是分段式兩種方式效果相似,都能有效促進國中女生心肺適能。
