SPSS23.0進行分析。
The purpose of this study is to explore the attitudes of parents towards children's media use. A questionnaire survey method was adopted. The children and their parents who were enrolled in a public independent kindergarten in Taipei City from the age of 2 until before entering a national elementary school in the 110 school year were selected as the parent group. , a total of 168 valid
questionnaires. And the statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for analysis.
The results of the study show that more than 30% of children use media for more than 1 hour a day, and more than 40% of children are exposed to electronic media before the age of 2. Television is still the medium used by most young children, followed by smartphones. In terms of usage, more than 90% of young children use media to watch videos, followed by "learning", accounting for 49%. Children's media use time, family media use habits, and parents' attitudes towards children's media use are not different due to parents' educational level and socioeconomic background. The time children use media does not vary according to family media usage habits, but also varies according to parents'
attitudes towards children's media use.
The use of media is the current trend. In order to provide children with healthy physical and mental development and social interaction, and to improve the quality of media use. This study recommends that national policies strengthen the classification system of publicity media programs, improve the filtering of information technology that is harmful to children on the Internet, and conduct regular surveys on young children's media use to facilitate appropriate policy adjustments. It is recommended that the industry include built-in child modes such as mobile devices and software for parents to set, including functions such as filtering harmful content, time limit, and blue light filtering. It is also recommended that parents attend more parenting seminars on media use, and can set clear media use rules at home. When accompanying children to use the media, guide them to build their media literacy skills, and take children to participate in multiple activities to replace the long-term use of media, while promoting physical health and enhancing parent-child relationship.
