  • 本研究旨在設計一套適合高工職校電機實習教學之泛用電動機實習模組。基於民國七十五年教育部公布之工業職業學校電機電子群課程標準暨設備標準,並參考民國八十六年五月教育部所研擬的《工業類職業學校課程總綱草案》,進而收集目前坊間所使用的各式電動機控制設備之特點,設計出較具教學功能的泛用電動機實習模組,提供高工職校相關教學之用,以增進教學成效。
    本研究對各類電動機實習課程所用的控制設備做電路功能分析,再採用個人電腦做為實習模組的人機介面平臺,藉由個人電腦匯流排上所加裝的單晶月微處理器來作為線上 (on-line) 的控制器。在控制軟體方面,運用個人電腦系統來撰寫符合高工職校教學目標的控制軟體;在實習模組內部控制單元的軟體方面,則使用組合語言來達成基本功能。經過系統實測後,本研究獲得以下主要結論:
    一、本研究使用一組泛用電動機實習模組即可應用在直流串激、分激,交流單相、三相感應電動機的電動機實習課程上,可減少高工職校購置多組電動機設備的費用,並擴大設備的使用範圍。
    二、本泛用電動機實習模組係用相同的電動機實習模組來進行不同教學單元的電動機實習課程,可使實習工場的安排更具有彈性;而不同種類的電動機使用相同的實習模組也使電動機設備的維護工作單一化,減少了維護費用。
    三、使用個人電腦做人機介面平臺、單晶片為控制器的泛用電動機實習模組,係透過電腦輔助教學的能力,減少學生操作不同種類機器時所費的安裝時間,並讓工職學生便於學習控制理論及學習多種電動機的知識。
    四、經由泛用電動機實習模組的採用,可簡單地將控制理論應用在電動機的實際操作上,並看出對電動機控制時的效果,因而強化控制理論與電動機知識的學習。

    The purpose of this paper was to design and implements a set of multipurpose motor controller for industrial vocational high schools. Based on the industrial vocational high schools' curriculum standard in Taiwan, and concerned about the forgoing new curriculum standard from the ministry of education, this thesis analyzed the operating procedures and specifications of ongoing motor controllers, then designed a new structure of motor controller on the aim of improvement of teaching and Learning.
    At the first step, this study was to analyze the control equipment's electric function to each type of motors. Then the second step was to involve personal computer as motor controlling console. This was because of personal computer's highly interactive function, and the convenience of flexible configuration of I/O bus (AT-BUS) was necessary in this study. The single chip INTEL 80196MC was added to the PC's AT-BUS, and it used only few personal computer's OS resources (such as interrupt and program timing) during controlling. So, The single chip 80196MC's assembly language made the real time control loop, and the personal computer's interface made the mode control system in this study. All these designs enabled the motor controller in personal computer with flexible ability and multipurpose usage, and made results as the following:
    1. Using a set of multipurpose motor controller to replace DC shunt, DC series, 3phase induction, 2phase induction and brush-less synchronous motor controller was feasible and fairly when we concern to practicing and school budget.
    2. Using a same set of motor controller to control several motor loads in school could make equipment supply more flexible in the same practice factory, and the maintenance could be reduced to a few sets.
    3. Using personal computer as the motor controller's console and using single chip in real time loop as heart of multipurpose motor controller could reduce the steps of most wiring and the time of different controller's manual reading. Besides, involving Computer Aid Instruction (CAI) was more feasible than before.
    4. By adaptation of the multipurpose system structure, it can make comparison between different control theorem as easily as in finger tips to students, and the control theorem and concept of motors could be both enhanced together.
