本研究旨在探討台北地區社教機構義工教育訓練模式,首先經由文獻分析,了解義工教育訓練的理論基礎與實施現況;其次,以自編的「台北地區社教機構義工教育訓練模式」調查問卷,針對社教機構相關人員及現任義工進行調查,前者收回有效問卷46份,後者收回有效問卷261份。調查所得資料經由統計分析,獲致以下結論:一、社教義* 教育訓練的理論基礎與實施現況;其次,以自編的「台北地區社教機構義工教育訓練模式」調查問卷,針對社教機構相關人員及現任義工進行調查,前者收回有效問卷46份,後者收回有效問卷261份。調查所得資料經由統計分析,獲致以下結論:一、社教義工教育訓練可以採借成人學習理論作為理論基礎;二、大多數社教機構都已實施義工職前與在職訓練,但實施內涵不盡相同;三、有關社教機構義工職前訓練與在職訓練的十二項內涵,多數項目皆達重要程度,但其重要程度,會因機構特性,個人因素,而略有差異;四、社教機構義工教育訓練可以參考教育訓練系統模式,作為建立社教機構義工教育訓練的架構。本研究並根據上述研究結論,對社教機構、社會教育行政主管機關及社教義工提出具體建議,以作為提升社教義工服務品質之參考。
The Study of the Volunteers' Education & Training Model of Social Education Inistution in Taipei. The purpose of the study was to investigate the volunteers' education &training model in the social educational institution (SEI) in Taipei. Thisstudy consisted of two phase. First of all, literary review was applied tounderstand those underlying theories and present implementation of volunteers' education and training. Second, the questionaire of "The Volunteers' Education & Training of SEI in Taipei", developed by the researcher, was used to survey the opinions of the staff and volunteers ofSEU. 46 responses were received from the former, and 261 from the latter. The results of the survey were described as follows: (1) Adult learning theory can be used as the underlying theory of the volunteers' education & training of SEI. (2) Most of SEI have implemented the volunteers' pre-service and in-service training, but in different ways. (3) As for the 12 items of pre- service and in-service training of SEI, most of them were significant. However, the significance of each items was slightly different due to the characteristic of SEI and individual factors. (4) The volunteers' educationand training of SEI can make reference to the education training system model in order to construct its own frame. Based on the finding and conclusions, this study provided some suggestions for SEI, social educational administrators and volunteers of SEI for better service quality.
