  • 近年來,臺灣產業不斷的升級,企業對高素質人力的要求,也越來越殷切o尤其壽險業是屬於高度專業化的產業,人力資源發展部門的功能也日益重要o評鑑訓練成效是人力資源發展部門重要工作之一,本研究希望透過平衡計分制度的設計,以建構人力資源發展部門之評鑑模式o因此,本研究目的有三:1.探討平衡計分制度的基本理論與架構o2.分析人力資源發展部門中,在學習與成長面,內部流程面,顧客面,以及財務面之評鑑指標o3.建立壽險業人力資源發展部門實施平衡計分制度之應用模式,以作為企業實施時的參考o本研究擬探討平衡計分制度在人力資源發展部門的應用,透過實地訪談,以建構人力資源發展部門之評鑑模式,供壽險業人力資源發展部門實施評鑑時的參考o

    As the result of the recent contant advancement in Taiwan's industry,enterprises are more eager for the requirment of high quality in human resources. Life insurance industry belongs to the advanced specializatation, therefore the importance of human resource development(HRD) department is on the increase. To evaluate athe training effect is one of the most significant tasks in the HRD department ,thus the study attempts to structure the evaluation model in the HRD department by means of the design of the Balance Scorecard. The study purpose are as follows: 1.To investigate the basic theory and structure of the Balance Scorecard. 2.To analyze the evaluation model of learning and growth perspective, internal business perspective, customer perspective, and finance perspective in HRD department.3.To build the model of the Balance Scorecard carried out in the HRD department of life insurance as the reference for other enterprise.This study aims to investigate the Balance Scorecard applied in the HRD department and build the evaluation model through the interviews which is provided for the HRD department of life insurance industry as the reference.
