  • 在傳統的線性經濟之中,業者透過銷售產品或提供服務來獲利。在碩士班的企業經營相關課程學習到,企業能夠永續經營和成功的關鍵在於具客戶使用導向的商業營運,並且維持市場產品導向的優勢,還有精準的成本管理,同時須注重環境保護;尤其近年循環經濟和使用權的崛起,出現了能夠同時兼具以上的商業模式;以租賃概念為基礎的創新應用,涵蓋了產品還有服務的產品服務化。進而全球商用電腦各大品牌相繼推出產品服務化的解決方案。
    本研究透過文獻的蒐集與探討,彙整出評估產品服務化對商用電腦產業之影響架構;歸納出四大構面和十六項準則。本研究問卷發放利用多層次決策分析法,透過專家問卷分析結果得知四大構面中以使用導向和產品導向皆為優先權重排第一,接續為成本管理排第三,循環經濟排第四。各構面底下準則之最優先權重分述如下 : 一、使用導向構面下為掌握客戶需求和建立長期關係。二、產品導向構面下為產品研發。三、成本管理構面下為專注本業。四、循環經濟構面下為耐用性。本研究結果可提供產品服務化對商用電腦產業之影響關鍵的參考事宜,進而制定具體有效的策略與方向。

    In traditional linear economies, businesses profit by selling products or providing services. In the master's program of business administration, I have learned that the key to sustainable and successful business lies in customer use oriented business operations and maintaining a competitive advantage in product oriented within the market., and precise cost management. Environmental protection should also be emphasized. Particularly in recent years, the rise of the circular economy and the concept of the right to use have led to the emergence of business models that combine the aforementioned elements. Innovative applications based on the leasing concept encompass both product and service is product servitization. Major global commercial computer brands have also introduced product servitization solutions.
    This research aims to explore and summarize the framework for assessing the impact of product servitization on the commercial computer industry through literature review and analysis. This research has identified four major dimensions and sixteen criteria. This research questionnaire utilizes the HDM (Hierarchical Decision Modeling). This analysis of expert questionnaires reveals that among the four dimensions, use oriented and product oriented are prioritized as the top factors. Cost management follows as the third priority, and the circular economy ranks fourth. The highest priority weights for the criteria under each dimension are as follows:1.Under the use oriented dimension are understanding customer needs, and build long-term relationships. 2. Under the product oriented dimension is product development. 3. Under the cost management dimension is focus on core business. 4. Under the circular economy dimension is durability. The results of this research provide key insights into the impact of product servitization on the commercial computer industry, allowing for the formulation of specific and effective strategies and directions.
