鹵化碳氫化合物至今於工業生產與應用上仍扮演重要角色, 許多這類化合
物有些具有很高的蒸氣壓, 屬於揮發性有機化物, 處理不當時易氣化而散
佈於空氣中造成污染, 對人體健康易造成影響或傷害, 所以有許多針對這
類化合物的分析測定方法已陸續被發表, 在本研究中所發展的是兩種具有
不同前處理過程的分析方法一種是使用活性碳採樣管技術, 以溶劑脫附的
方式前處理; 另一種則是使用Tenax TA採樣管, 以熱脫附方式前處理 兩
種方法皆是以毛細管氣相層析法來分離化合物, 並以電子捕捉偵測器測定
第一種方法由於方法偵測極限較高, 所以用途受限, 只適用於工廠等高污
染場所之週界檢測; 第二種方法的方法偵測極限較低, 可廣泛運用, 但所
需成本則較高
Halogenated hydrocarbons still play important role in
industrial ductions and applications . Some of these compounds
with high are volatile organic compounds and can vaporize and
distribute air . Because of their possible hazards to human ,
various determination of halogenated hydrocarbons have been
published . , two methods with different pretreatment processes
are developed capillary GC analyses . One uses charcoal
sampling tube technique for sample collection , the tube is
then pretreated by solvent desorption . The other sampling tube
technique followed by thermal desorption . Analytes methods are
separated with capillary gas chromatography andth an electron
capture detector . Due to their relatively high method
detection limits , the lity of the first method is limited only
to regions such as work high contamination . The second method
with lower methods , but higher cost can be applied more widely
