全國技能競賽選手在比賽過程中會受各種心理因素而影響選手的競賽表現,研究者認為競賽認知負荷、英文認知負荷與競賽焦慮是主要形成因素,因此,本研究主要探究自我效能對於選手競賽認知負荷、英文認知負荷及解題策略影響競賽焦慮及競賽表現相關。
本研究採用問卷調查法,參考江偉豪 (2012) 等人相關問卷後,自編本研究問卷。透過回收的75份有效樣本進行分析與考驗,發現自我效能與競賽認知負荷及英文認知負荷呈現正相關、競賽認知負荷與英文認知負荷呈現正相關,競賽認知負荷與競賽焦慮呈現正相關、英文認知負荷與競賽焦慮呈現正相關、而競賽焦慮與競賽表現呈現正相關。
進一步分析發現解題策略對自我效能與英文認知負荷有顯著差異;本研究透過二因子變異數發現不同區域與晉級與否對解題策略有顯著差異,北中南三區競賽選手在不同區域、不同學年與公私立學校不同對解題策略有顯著差異。
During the National Skills Automotive Technology Competition, competitors’ performances are affected by a variety of psychological factors. The researchers believe that competition cognitive load, English cognitive load and competition anxiety are factors that should be considered. As such, the present study aims to explore competitors’ self-efficacy perception, English cognitive load and problem-solving strategies, to understand how these factors affect competition anxiety and competition related performance.
This study used a questionnaire and adapted questions from JIANG,WEI-HAO et al.’s questionnaire. 75 effective questionnaire samples were collected and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression. The results showed the following: self-efficacy and competition cognitive load were positively correlated to English cognitive load; competition cognitive load was positively correlated to English cognitive load; competition cognitive load was positively correlated to competition anxiety; English cognitive load was positively correlated to competition anxiety; and competition anxiety was positively correlated to competition performance.
Further analysis found that there was significant difference between problem-solving strategy and competitor’s self-efficacy perception and English cognitive load. Through two-way ANOVA, this study also examined whether there was significant difference in problem-solving strategies based on competitor’s region and competition level. The result showed that there was a significant difference in problem-solving strategy based on the competitors’ regions (i.e. Northern Taiwan, Middle Taiwan and Southern Taiwan), school years, and types of the schools (i.e. public or private).
