現今教師處於科技豐富的環境中,如何運用科技的知識與技能,並與教學實務結合,使得教學活動愈趨多元,為近年來教育界努力之方向。然而許多研究發現教師社群未有知識分享之組織文化,大多是獨自設計教學活動,且教學相關知識多為隱性知識而不易外化分享,因此面臨許多教學相關問題時,教師們彼此便較難由同儕的經驗與解答中得到幫助並解決問題。
本研究基於各學者對教學知識信念與知識分享的觀點,編製教師教學知識信念量表,以分類教師的教學知識信念。再經由實徵觀察479位國中教師於部落格卷宗系統之分享行為與成效,採用單因子變異數分析以瞭解教師教學知識信念類型對其在線上教師社群進行知識分享行為的影響。
