  • Organizational justice is considered one of the most significant features that may contribute to the success of an organization. This study seeks to analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee job performance and to explore the mediating role of organizational identity on the relationship between organizational justice and employee job performance in the public sector of the Kingdom of Eswatini. The approach of this study is of a quantitative research and use survey approach to collect data. Sample of this study are civil servants of the Kingdom of Eswatini and convenience sampling approach was adopted. Data collected from two hundred and two (202) officers of His Majesty’s Correctional Service was used in order to analyze the influence organizational justice on job performance in the public sector. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) The findings showed that organizational justices has a positive significant impact on job performance and organizational identity is a significant mediator between organizational justice and job performance.
