飢餓素與瘦體素是兩種會影響下視丘食慾調節的激素,在維持能量恆定上扮演重要的角色。目的:探討馬拉松運動所引起的能量負平衡對血漿飢餓素與瘦體素所造成的影響。方法:受試者為15位自願參與的馬拉松跑者,年齡49.2 ± 5.03歲,身體質量指數25.09 ± 2.43 kg/m²,平均完成馬拉松 (42.195 km) 的時間為4.34小時。馬拉松賽前(0630h)、賽後立即及賽後隔天早晨 (0630h) 由肘前靜脈抽血,藉以分析血漿飢餓素及瘦體素。統計方法為單因子重複量數變異數分析。結果:馬拉松賽後隔天的飢餓素濃度 (840.28 ± 174.30 pg/ml) 顯著的高於賽前 (769.58 ± 199.41 pg/ml) 及賽後立即 (767.42 ± 168.95 pg/ml, p <.05) 。另外,馬拉松賽後立即及賽後隔天的瘦體素濃度 (2.36 ± 1.57 , 2.18 ± 1.68 ng/ml) 則皆顯著低於賽前(3.44 ± 1.88 ng/ml, p <.05)。結論:經由馬拉松運動所引起的能量負平衡使得血漿飢餓素與瘦體素呈現了相反的變化,而且與瘦體素比較之下,飢餓素在馬拉松跑之後呈現了延遲上升的現象。
