本研究旨在探討高職特教班教育規劃實施現況與成效,一方面採文獻分析及問卷調查法;一方面採個別訪談法。根據研究目的編製高職特教班教育規劃實施現況與成效調查表,調查高職特教班行政人員與教師,以及特教班學生家長在各項實施要件上的狀況,與有關問題之意見與看法。以個別訪談特教班學生的方式,分析學生對就讀特教班的一般反應與看法,及其學習狀況,針對當前高職特教班的教育現況深入瞭解,進而提出結論建議。
本研究問卷資料分析,採用社會科學用統計套裝軟體,進行統計量分析,而個別訪談的資料,則將每個訪問主題歸納分析,建立分析歸納表。經綜合研究分析問卷與訪談資料後,提出下列結論建議:
一、招生方面:宜統一加強宣導特教班招生訊息與功能,以擴大招生成效。
二、設科方面:宣擴充並開發更多適合輕度智能不足學生就讀的科別,訂定轉科辦法,讓這些輕度智能不足的學生,都能依自己的性向選擇科別。
三、安置方式方面:應於高職置資源班,以增進其學習績效,並可依學生程度的高低,彈性增加學習的年限。
四、課程教材方面:建議設置高職特教班課程教材專門研究不組,採用團隊方式編選教材,以提供一套適合各科別輕度智能不足學生運用的教材。
五、設備方面:應建立資源教室,並專款補助增置特教班教室,及其所需設備,以利特教班學生使用。
六、師資研習方面:宜暢通教師在職進修特教學分管道,增加教師專業知能進修的機會;辦理學校人員特殊教育研習,宣導特教班之理念、目的,以改變學校人員的教育態度。
七、實習輔導方面:學生就業意願高於升學意願,因此有必要建立支持性就業輔導系統,規劃轉銜服務,持續關懷畢結業生動向,並採用建教合作方式,爭取社會資源,增加校外實習機會,開拓學生就業管道。
八、行政方面:宜增設各校教師資與行政人員員額,由具有特教專長且修畢特教學分之教師擔任特教組長,並實施雙導師制,以加強學生輔導與照顧。
九、成績考查方面:宜研訂特教班學生成績考查相關辦法,以落實適性教育的目的。
十、整體規劃方面:宜寬籌經費,全面擴大辦理高職特教班,以嘉惠更多的特殊學生。
The purpose of this research is to stusy the present realization state and efficiency of the education planning for mild retarded classes in vocational high schools. The methodology is twofold document analysis and questionnaire on the one hand,and individual visit on the other hand. Based on the purpose of research, this study attempts to compile a survey statement for the present realization state and efficiency of the education planning for mild retarded students in vocational high schools, investigate the present realization state among administrative personnel and teachers, as well as the students' parents,and their opinions and views concerning some issues related. By individual visit with the students, the author analyzes their general response and view points concerning their student of being a student in the class, and their learning situation. Targeting on the deep understanding of the present educational state of the retarded classes in vocational high schools, this thesis offers some conclusions and suggestions.
The analysis of the questionnaire material in this study abopts the statistics software of the social science to analyze the result that are collected. The material collected form individual visits is analyzed according to the theme given during visitation. A chart is formed to show the result of this analysis. Final conclusions and suggestions are presented as following:
(1)Student Admission The propaganda of the admission information and function for the mild retarded class should be strengthened in a united way so as to enhance the efficiency of admission.
(2)Divisions and departments: More departments suitable for more mild retarded students should be established and developed. A rule for student to transfer to other department should be set up to allow students to study according to their own interests and inclination.
(3)Arrangement: A resource class should be arranged in the Vocational high school to promote the students' learning result. Flexibility to encourage students whose academic level is low to extend the time-length in school should be considered.
(4)Curriculum: A study group for setting up the curriculum for the mild retarded classes in vocational high school should be organized whose function is to select and edit the teaching material that meets the real needs of students of respective department.
(5)Equipment : A resouce class should be set up, and a special fund to finance it in purchasing equipment should be admitted so that the students can be benefited.
(6)Further study for teachers: Opprtunities for teachers to obtain further education should be provided to increase their knowledge in this special field. Workshops of special education for other teachers in the school should be held regularly to educate them with the theory and purpose of the retarded education. This is to improve their attitude toward retarded education.
(7)Career training: Because their will to get career rather than getting further study, is strong, it is necessary to establish a system to help students find positions and to follow them after graduation. By cooperating with factories or organzations, this system may obtain their support and increase opportunities for students to get practical training and find careers.
(8)Administration: Leaders and administrative personnel for retarded class in each school be increased. A group leader for them should be ordained who is one of the senior teachers and has been educated for special education. In order to help and take care of the students, the double-advisor system should be adopted.
(9)Supervision of students' achievements: To make sure that the purpose of education for mild retarded students is fulfilled, a rule should be defined to examine student's learning achievements.
(10)Integral scheme: Finance should be provided generously to expand classes and to extend the service and education for mild retarded students.
