  • 本研究使用兩台PEAK PERFORMANCE公司所生產的同步高速攝影機,拍攝台灣鏈球紀錄保持人侯金賢的鏈球投擲過程,進行運動學三維空間分析。探討受試者二種不同投擲距離的投擲技術和關係。從定量和定性觀點對所獲得參數資料進行較全面的分析與探討。研究顯示,受試者與世界優秀選手比較有下列運動學參數需加強改正: (1) 受試者旋轉總時間及各周轉旋轉時間過長。(2)第二周轉所占時間百分比偏低。(3)Hou1的第三周轉和第四周轉及Hou2的第一周轉和第四周轉單支撐時間過長d/s比率小於1。(4)預擺結束至鏈球最低點所獲得的球速較低。(5)世界優秀選手的球速增量順序為第二周轉>第三周轉>第四周轉>第一周轉,受試者的球速增量順序為為第三周轉>第二周轉>第四周轉>第一周轉。(6)身體髖部過高及髖部的高、低點起伏較小。(7)肩髖角在單支撐階段有超過60度以上的變化,不利於動作的控制。

    The purpose of this study was to kinematic analysis of the hammer throws of the Taiwan record holder Ho, Jin-Xiang. Two peak high speed cameras were gen-locked to videotape the throwing motion. Compare the results with world class hammer throws indicated that the subject’s throws have following kinematics characteristics needed for improvement: (1)Longer total and turning time.(2)Small percentage of second turn time of total time.(3)Inconsistence sequence of ball acceleration during each turn.(4)The percentage of double support time over single support time was smaller than 1 for the subject throws.(5)High hip vertical position during each turn, which was due to over rely on upper extremities strength.(6)The shoulder-hip angle were greater than 60 degree during the single support phase.
