供應鏈管理已是近十年來廣為大家研究討論的議題(Cooper et al.,1997),其相關實務也早已在企業間運作甚久,大家所熟知的生產、銷售規劃就是其中一個環節、其和供應鏈管理的最大差異在於只注重單一企業內部的生產效率和營運績效。台灣電子產業的產品外殼多為塑膠,因為塑膠採購量大,所以供應商的選擇更關係著企業的發展。供應商績效評估一直都是供應鏈管理重要的課題,企業中的採購部門必須定期的評估供應商的績效,以期望供應商能達到企業的需求。在進行供應商評估時,必須同時考慮多個指標及決定指標的權重,由於指標間具有相依及回饋的情形,因此權重的決定也較為複雜,。本主題主要以台灣電子製造企業廠商為研究對象,並從競爭策略及企業競爭力的觀點以Fuzzy Delphi & Fuzzy AHP去探討供應商進入台灣電子製造業成功之因素及模式選擇。本研究爲台灣製造商選擇樹脂原物料供應商成為策略夥伴因素分析,並挑選15位專家做評估因素之問卷調查,以作為決策參考之用。本研究係以文憲探討加以彙整並歸納出樹脂供應商之評選要素,包含「品質」、「服務」、「價格」、「製造技術」及「經營」等五大構面,並以層級分析法決定重要性權重做出供應商之評選決策。
Supply chain management has been a hot topic over the past decade (Cooper et al., 1997). The corporate world has implemented such management for quite a long time. Even though production and sales planning are considered as an aspect of supply chain management, the main difference between these two is that production and sales planning focus solely on the efficiency of the company’s internal production and operational performance. Taiwan electronics products use usually use plastic shells on the outside. Since the Taiwanese electronics companies purchase a lot of plastic, whether the companies can choose the right supplier or not will greatly determine the companies’ success. Supplier performance evaluation plays an important role within supply chain management. Companies’ procurement departments must constantly evaluate the performance of suppliers in order to determine whether or not the suppliers have met the companies’ needs. A number of indicators and their index weight must be determined when performing supplier performance evaluation. The determination of index weight is made complicated due to the phenomenon of interdependence between companies and sale rebates. This thesis focuses mainly on small to medium SME manufacturers from China that has invested in Taiwan. The thesis will also explore the reasons behind these manufacturers’ success and mode selection by looking deeper into issues such as competitive strategies and companies’ competitiveness via Fuzzy Delphi & Fuzzy AHP. Lastly, as a reference for future decision making, this research will also look into the factors that Taiwanese manufacturers consider when finding raw material suppliers to become strategic partners.
