  • 基於印刷業務人員養成不易,且流動率高,加以印刷估價作業工作鎖
    細繁雜,需要大量的計算與記憶,使得業務人員經常因一時疏忽,而將承
    接印件的成本估算錯誤,造成印刷廠在製造成本及信譽上的損失。 近
    幾年來,由於電腦科技的日益成熟,利用電腦輔助估價軟體紛紛出籠,根
    據周文明(民81)在「調查台灣區印刷廠引進電腦管理系統方式與使用成
    效關係之研究」報告中,指出電腦輔助估價系統並沒有達到預期效果;大
    多數的印刷估價系統只能稱之為「方便的估價計算機與資源豐富的成本查
    詢中心」。 本研究主要目的在利用個體導向技術,解決目前使用傳統
    程序導向技術所設計的印刷估價系統,無法符合使用需求的缺失。經由文
    獻探討,採用Jacobson ( 1992 ) OOSE的方法論,應用在建構印刷估價系
    統上,並實際在IBM相容PC,以微軟視窗系統3.1中文版為作業系統,利用
    Borland 公司Delphi 1.0版快速應用程式發展軟體,製作一套個體導向印
    刷估價系統雛型,以供日後發展印刷估價系統參考。 依據OOSE 方法
    論的發展步驟,由分析、建置、測試等三個程序中,將產生五種模式,分
    別為需求模型、分析模型、設計模型、製作模型及測試模型。 經過實
    作及測試後,證實根據OOSE方法論,配合Delphi 1.0版所發展之印刷估價
    系統,透過視窗系統高度親和性的人機介面,可以達成需求規格的要求,
    解決開數換算、輪轉台計算、利潤調整等問題,達到輸入印量、完成尺寸
    、色數、頁數、加工方式,即可顯現總價或單價,並列印報表之功能。而
    所建立之印件規格類別,可以因應各印刷廠之個別需求,加以修改,而達
    到個體導向技術“再使用" (Reuse) 的目標。

    Due to inadequate training , high turnover rate, and reliance
    on memory for accounting , most salespeople in the printing
    business under-estimate their cost figures ; thereby ,
    contributing to the loss of money for their printing factories.
    Owing to the rapid development of computer technology in the
    last few years , more and more factories are using computers to
    do business . According to Chou Wen-Ming's , "Research on the
    efficiency and use of computer systems by printing factories in
    Taiwan" , computer program aids do not achieve their expected
    goals . "Most printing cost estimation systems simply gather
    information and the computer becomes a big inefficient
    estimating calculator." The main purpose of this research is
    to use the object-oriented technology to examine the
    inefficiency of the traditional printing cost estimating system
    which can not match the current need. By examining the current
    documentation alone with using the method of OOSE and actually
    applying the printing cost estimating system on a IBM compatible
    PC with Chinese window 3.1 version with the Delphi 1.0 software
    from the Borland Company, we have developed a object-oriented
    printing cost estimating prototype system that could be used as
    future reference for the development of a better printing cost
    estimating system . According to the development steps of the
    OOSE methodology which includes analysis , construction and
    testing procedures , we have devised a methodology creating five
    different models .They are requirement model , analysis model ,
    design model , implementation model , and test model. After
    testing demonstration , and real operation. The research can
    prove that a printing cost estimating system can be developed
    from the OOSE methodology along with Delphi 1.0 and the friendly
    interface of windows. It is able to solve the problems of
    dimension exchanges , spinning wheel calculations , bonus
    adjustments , and etc. .Then after inputting the data regarding
    printing gauntly , finished size , colors , pages , and extra
    work needed , the system will be able to reveal the total amount
    or unit price , as well as being able to print out the results .
    And the established printed specification class could be
    adjusted according to the individual needs of the printing
    factory .In conclusion for the purpose of reuse of the object-
    oriented technology .
