隨著全球氣候異常和環境汙染日益嚴重,ESG所指的環境保護(Environmental)、社會責任(Social)和公司治理(Governance)已成為企業永續發展的重要指標。本研究旨在探討臺灣ESG永續管理人才所需之關鍵工作技能需求。透過網路爬蟲擷取臺灣104人力銀行,共擷取關於ESG永續管理300筆徵才資料,以內容分析法初擬ESG永續管理人才之技能分類框架,由3位專精ESG永續管理領域之專業人士,進行編碼與信度評價,經由Krippendorf's Alpha一致度計算為0.85分。本研究發現臺灣企業在工作技能需求方面,重視「問題分析、溝通、電腦簡報能力、電腦文書能力、主動性」的軟技能,另在硬技能方面專業技術前十名的技能需求分別為「寫作與編輯、英文、TCFD氣候相關財務資訊揭露、CSR企業永續報告書、ISO14067產品碳足跡、GRI通用準則、ISO50001能源管理、員工關係、SASB永續會計準則、ISO14001環境管理、ISO14064溫室氣體排放查證、SBTi科學基礎減量目標倡議」。以月薪的分佈來看多數工作徵才的月薪都超過4萬。以地區來分析,目前ESG永續管理工作徵才仍以「雙北」為多數,占徵才總數的62 %。產業別前五名為「工商顧問服務業、會計服務業、電腦及其週邊設備製造業、電腦軟體服務業、消費性電子產品製造業」,依據研究結果,本研究並提供「企業、求職者以及學校與培訓機構」相關建議,以便有助於投入ESG行業工作需求的各方參考。
As global climate anomalies and environmental pollution become increasingly severe, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indicators have become crucial for the sustainable development of enterprises. This study aims to explore the key job skills required for ESG sustainability management talents in Taiwan. By using web scraping, 300 job postings related to ESG sustainability management were extracted from Taiwan's 104 Job Bank. A content analysis was conducted to draft a skills classification framework for ESG sustainability management talents. Three professionals specializing in ESG sustainability management performed coding and reliability assessment, resulting in a Krippendorff's Alpha consistency score of 0.85.
The study found that Taiwanese enterprises place importance on soft skills such as "problem analysis, communication, computer presentation skills, computer document processing skills and proactivity." The top professional technical skills demanded include "writing and editing, English, TCFD climate-related financial disclosures, CSR corporate sustainability reports, ISO 14067 product carbon footprint, GRI general guidelines, ISO 50001 energy management, employee relations, SASB sustainability accounting standards, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 14064 greenhouse gas emissions verification, and SBTi science-based targets initiative." In terms of salary distribution, most job postings offer a monthly salary exceeding 40,000 NTD. Geographically, the majority of ESG sustainability management job postings, comprising 62% of the total, are located in "Taipei and New Taipei City." The top five industries are "business consulting services, accounting services, computer and peripheral equipment manufacturing, computer software services, and consumer electronics manufacturing."
Based on the research results, this study provides relevant suggestions for enterprises, job seekers, and schools and training institutions to serve as references for meeting the job demands in the ESG industry.
