博嘉運動公園為臺北市政府環境保護局木柵垃圾焚化廠轄下的「回饋設施」;由於木柵垃圾焚化廠為「鄰避設施」,為避免地方抗爭壓力,於是建置公益「回饋設施」,並以當地里名命名為「博嘉運動公園」,因其為運動場館型態,回饋區居民使用皆為免費,故稱「非營利運動場館」。其建置主要目的為:促進地方公共建設的利益以及補償所在地居民的損失。「非營利運動場館」又兼負推動全民運動的任務,為提高「使用率」;本研究使用問卷調查法,採立意抽樣方式,以參與博嘉運動公園使用民眾為研究對象,採用量化統計之研究方法,蒐集有效問卷共482份,並運用IBM SPSS 23.0統計軟體進行資料處理與分析,經由效度與信度分析、描述性統計分析、t檢驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析討論,所得結果歸納如下:
一、博嘉運動公園使用者以中老年、中低收入、獨自使用較多,動機則以保持健康為主。
二、博嘉運動公園使用者對於服務品質與滿意度有高度的認同。
三、博嘉運動公園使用者不同背景特性在服務品質與滿意度有顯著的差異。
四、博嘉運動公園服務品質與滿意度有正向的相關。
Bojia Sports Park is a "feedback facility" under the Muzha Waste Incineration Plant of the Department of Environmental Protection of Taipei City Government. As the Muzha Waste Incineration Plant is a "NIMBY Facility", in order to avoid local resistance pressure, a public welfare "feedback facility" was built and named "Bojia Sports Park" after the local area. It is called a "non-profit sports venue" because it is a sports arena that is free of charge for the residents of the feedback area.The main purpose of the building is to promote the interests of the local public sector and to compensate the residents for their losses.The "non-profit sports venue" also has the task of promoting sports for all in order to increase the usage rate. In this study, a questionnaire survey and a quantitative statistical method were used, and an intentional sample was taken from the participants of Bojia Sports Park. A total of 482 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were processed and analysed using IBM SPSS 23.0 statistical software. The data were analysed and discussed through statistical methods such as validity and reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson's product difference correlation analysis. The results are summarised as follows:
1. The majority of Bojia Sports Park users are middle-aged and elderly, have low to moderate incomes and use the park alone, and their motivation to use the Bojia Sports Park is mainly to keep fit.
2. Bojia Sports Park users have a high level of recognition of the quality and satisfaction of the service.
3. There are significant differences in the quality and satisfaction of Bojia Sports Park users according to their different backgrounds.
4. There is a positive correlation between the service quality and satisfaction of Bojia Sports Park.
