The changes of family structure lead to the trend of having fewer children in nowadays society. The limited resources of family turned out the spoiled children that parents may overindulged their children. Besides, the credentialism affects the parents to have higher expectations of cultivating their kids to entering a better school. Thus, there are more and more parents send their kids to cram schools, or individual tutoring after school classes. The present study aims to explore the relations between the perceptions of parental monitoring of daily life and interpersonal relationships, goal achievement motivation, engagement of joining cram schools on behavior, affection, and cognition, and the value of joining cram schools. There were 375 data collected by Convenient sampling. Then, the reliability and validity of the valid data was analyzed using SPSS, and the research model was verified using AMOS. The results showed that: (1) The perceptions of parental monitoring of daily life and interpersonal relationships both have significantly positive relations to goal achievement motivations; (2) Goal achievement motivation has significantly positive relations to engagements of joining cram schools on behavior, affection, and cognition; (3) All of the engagement of joining cram schools have significantly positive relations to the perceive values of cram schools; (4) There are indirect effects between variable. The results form a main implication that the teachers need to pay their attentions on the spoiled children to help them to be more engaged in cram school learning.
