對飯店業者而言,商務旅客較旅遊旅客更能獲得較高收益的客源,因此,飯店業者為與企業客戶維繫長期合作關係,將飯店所提供的服務項目,提供給企業客戶參考,雙方並透過簽訂飯店企業客戶合約書,以吸引企業客戶將出差人員或是公司人員安排入住飯店。然而,對於企業客戶而言,大多數的五星級飯店的企業客戶合約書內容皆大同小異,因此,該如何設計一份具有吸引力的合約書,便是本研究之研究目的。
本研究結合質化與量化研究方法,總共蒐集27家五星級飯店之飯店企業客戶合約書,透過內容分析法設計出一份飯店企業客戶合約書樣本;其次,深度訪談觀光業者,以蒐集目前觀光產業所實行之獎勵方案,並邀請近一年與五星級飯店簽約之企業客戶進行專家效度,以選擇三種獎勵方案作為本研究之實驗刺激;最後,透過發放問卷給予企業客戶,深入探討加入獎勵方案之飯店企業客戶合約書對企業客戶安排客人住宿意願之影響。
本研究結果共三項:一、加入獎勵方案之飯店企業客戶合約書比未加入獎勵方案之飯店企業客戶合約書,會影響企業客戶之住宿意願。二、加入不同的獎勵方案的三組實驗組中,實驗組三相較於實驗組一、實驗組二與控制組,對住宿意願有顯著差異。三、一份具有影響企業客戶住宿意願之飯店企業客戶合約書,必須包含三大內容概要,分別為「可提升整體飯店企業客戶合約書之品質」、「能滿足大部分公司的需求」以及「能夠帶給企業客戶更多實質上的價值」。
