  • 由於現代科技發展日新月異,企業界對於自動化人才需求逐漸增加,使得以可程式邏輯控制技術實現機電整合之實習課程成為一門不斷增長的學科。本研究在於發展一套「可程式邏輯控制課程」來實現機電整合,希望幫助學生在課程中不只學習到理論,更能夠動手實作,使學生能夠兼具理論與實作的能力,與業界達到良好的接軌。
    本研究在課程擬定部分,首先透過專家建議,編寫技術需求調查問卷,希望能更具體了解業界常用的機電整合元件與相關應用。將問卷調查之結果作統計整理並分析,依此作為課程編排與發展的主軸。而為了符合教學時限,並達到理論與實作兼具之效率性,本課程採以機電系統為主題做為課程實施方式,並將相關的感測器、驅動器與控制理論建構於機電系統之上作教學,希望讓學生在課程中能更直接接觸完整的控制過程。課程編排完畢後,實際將課程作教學實施,接著於課程中作隨堂驗收,收集學生在課程所遭遇之情況與問題,做為課程實施之回饋。
    最後將學生之回饋作整理,分析其回饋內容是否具有重要性與共通性,並透過專家給予建議,依此來修正程內容與教學方式作為本研究結果;透過課程之回饋與修正,使課程更能符合學生與教學之實際需求,讓課程與教學能更臻完善。

    As the modern science and technology develops with each passing day, the demand for automation talents in business industries gradually increases, thus the course of programmable logic control and Mechatronics becomes an ever-increasing subject.
    The research aims at developing a “Programmable Logic Control Course” to achieve Mechatronics , expecting to help students learn theories and put them into practice, so that the students can obtain both theoretical and practical abilities to better connect with industries.
    In terms of course formulation, the study first works out the questionnaire on technical demands based on the experts’ advices, by which it is expected to learn the application of commonly-used components in industry in relative Mechatronics more specifically. The questionnaire results are used for statistical process and analysis to be used as the main line of course arrangement and development. In order to meet the teaching time limits and achieve both theoretical and practical effects, the course takes “mechanism system” as the theme for the implementation method and constructs related theories and elements on the mechanism for teaching, expecting that the students directly contact with complete control process. After finishing the course formulation, teachers should implement the course in teaching, and then check the course in classes to collect students’ situations and problems encountered in the course as feedback of course implementation.
    Finally, feedback results should be sorted to analyze whether the feedback contents are provided with importance and intercommunity, by which course contents and teaching methods can be modified.Accordingly to correct the process the content and teaching methods as a result of this study .Through feedback and amendment, the course can better conform to the actual needs of students and teaching, which can make the course and teaching more perfect.
