  • 本研究是以矽膠為基質,含聚(2-甲基丙烯四級銨鹽)的陰離子交換劑,經由漿式填充,以單管柱離子層析法(SCIC)配合電導偵檢法與間接UV光度偵檢法,對常見的有機或無機陰離子的層析行為進行探討。實驗是以一系列有機直鏈雙質子酸(乙二酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸及己二酸)和有機酸鹽(KHP)為衝提劑,研究動相參數(包括:沖提劑的種類、沖提劑的濃度、沖提劑的pH值、有機修飾劑濃度等)、靜相的離子交換容量和離子交基的化學結構對試樣離子的滯留行為的影響。結果顯示:適當的改變上述的動相參數及靜相變因能有效改善試樣陰離子的選擇性及解析度。試樣陰離子在陰離子交換劑的滯留機制為離子交換機制與吸附機制交互作用的結果。

    A ploy(2-methylallyl) copolymerized silica-based anion exchanger containing tetraqlkylammonium groups is used to investigate the chromatographic behavior of analyte anions. The material is rigid, stable and compatible with a wide variety of eluents. A homologous series of dicarboxylic acid (oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, gultaric acid and adipic acid) and the salts of organic acid (KHP) as eluents has shown to be effective separation of some organic and inorganic anions on single-column ion chromatography (SCIC) with conductivity detector.
    The retention of analyte anions is found to depend on the anion exchanger capacity, the structure of the anion exchanger, kind of eluents, eluent concentration/ or pH and concentration of organic modifier. Careful control of thse paramrters can improve selsctivity and resolution of analyte anions. The retention mechanism of analyte anions on the stationary phase is a combination of absorption and ion exchange.
