本研究旨在探究「伴侶動物」獸醫師工作壓力、工作滿意度之間的關係,並進一步探究工作價值觀在工作壓力與工作滿意度間的中介作用、自我慈悲在工作壓力與工作滿意度間的調節作用。
本研究以問卷調查法發放275份線上問卷、29份紙本問卷,總計回收300份有效問卷,並使用「工作壓力量表」、「臺灣版自我慈悲量表」、「工作價值觀量表」、「工作滿意度量表」為研究工具。依據收集的數據以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、process迴歸分析、二階交互迴歸等統計方進行資料分析。
研究結果發現伴侶動物獸醫師的學歷、婚姻、年齡、服務總年資、加班時數、年所得在工作壓力上有顯著差異;伴侶動物獸醫師的性別、婚姻、年齡、擔任職務、服務總年資、醫院類型、年所得在工作滿意度上有顯著差異;伴侶動物獸醫師的年齡、擔任職務、服務總年資在工作價值觀上有顯著差異;伴侶動物獸醫師的性別、婚姻、年齡、擔任職務、服務總年資、年所得在自我慈悲上有顯著差異。除此之外,工作價值觀中的發揮能力、人際滿足在工作壓力與工作滿意度之間具有部分中介作用;工作價值觀中的物質酬賞則沒有中介作用。最後,自我慈悲的自我關愛、正念覺察、普同人性在工作壓力與工作滿意度之間具有調節效果,自我慈悲的調節作用在工作壓力低時的效果比工作壓力高時的調節效果要好;然而自我慈悲整體、自我慈悲的自我批判、過度認同、自我隔絕在工作壓力與工作滿意度之間不具調節效果。
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction among companion animal veterinarians, as well as to further investigate the mediating role of work values and the moderating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction.
A total of 275 online questionnaires and 29 paper questionnaires were sent out for this study, and there were 300 effective questionnaires returned. The research tools include the "Job Stress Scale," "Taiwanese Self-Compassion Scale," "Work Values Scale," and "Job Satisfaction Scale ( MSQ)." Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-samples t tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, process regression analysis, and Multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that there are significant differences in job stress based on education, marital status, age, total years of service, overtime hours, and annual income of veterinarians of companion animals. Significant differences in job satisfaction were found based on gender, marital status, age, position, total years of service, type of hospital, and annual income. Significant differences in work values were found based on age, position, and total years of service. Significant differences in self-compassion were found based on gender, marital status, age, position, total years of service, and annual income. Furthermore, the use my personal abilities work values and interpersonal satisfaction partially mediates between job stress and job satisfaction among companion animal veterinarians, while material gratification in work values do not play a mediating role. Finally, self-kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity aspects of self-compassion moderate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction, with the moderating effect being stronger under low job stress compared to high job stress. However, overall self-compassion, as well as the self- judgement, over-identification, and isolation aspects of self-compassion, do not have a moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction.
